SORRY - NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENT THRU MAY 2013 DUE TO MAINTENANCE ! Our beautiful vacation getaway is located just a half mile from the Ski Beech parking lot. Our house has floor-to-ceiling windows which allow for awesome views of the ski slopes - after you finish skiing, you can cozy up next to the gas-log stove and watch your family and friends ski day and night.
The house layout includes a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms on the main level. There is a third bedroom and laundry room on the lower level. There is one queen-size bed, two full size, and a twin bed with a trundle bed underneath. We provide all linens. The house is also equipped with three cable televisions, two VCRs, and a stereo. We've also added high-speed internet access for our guests to use - just bring your laptop.
We are members of the Beech Mountain Club, which allows our guests to use the golf, swimming pool, tennis, and other club facilities for a small guest fee, during the spring, summer, and fall.

We stayed here Feb 2005, it snowed the night we arrived and was a winter wonderland on top of the mountain. The house met all our expectations. You can see the slopes at night! You will need a 4x4 vehicle if snow is on the ground (we parked down on the road and walked up the driveway, which is very steep). The house is very cozy, clean and we had a wonderful family weekend with our teenage kids and their friends. Thanks for sharing your piece of heaven with our family! Received from a July 2005 guest: "Me and my family would like to thank you for renting us your house at Beech Mountain. The house was very cozy and well equipped. Everything went as planned and we had a great time despite the short stay. The views are absolutely beautiful and refreshing! The kids had fun at the club's pool and even enjoyed a little hiking (pond trail). December 15 to January 18 .... $250/night .. $1380/week. January 19 to March 15 ....... $225/night .. $1200/week. March 16 to September 15 ..... $115/night .. Please call for weekly/monthly rates. September 16 to December 14 .. $150/night .. Please call for weekly/monthly rates. All Prices include North Carolina & Beech Mountain Sales Tax (13%). There is a $75 Cleaning Fee for stays of three nights or less. Pets allowed with non-refundable Pet Fee of $100. 2-night minimum stay required.

Year Purchased: 2001
About the owner: My husband & I purchased our round house on Beech Mountain in 2001, just before we had our first son. We now have two boys, and we all love going up to the mountains of NC and 'getting away from it all'. Beech Mountain offers great skiing in the winter months, but it can also be a cool, quiet & relaxing place to visit in the summers. There are lots of things to do whenever you come to Beech Mountain - just ask us and we'll be glad to offer some suggestions.
Why the Owner Chose Beech Mountain:
Beech Mountain has the best slopes of all the NC ski resorts. Our property has a great view of the slopes, and is nice & cozy for relaxing after a day of skiing.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our house is only a half-mile from the Ski Beech parking lot, so it's a quick trip over to the slopes. We're also just a short drive from Fred's General Store, and most of the restaurants on Beech Mountain.
