Your suite at Westgate South Beach is in a boutique-style, art-deco condo-hotel with only 46 stylishly decorated suites. It is situated on the beach on Collins Avenue, between the world-famous Ocean Drive and the Fontainebleau Suites in Miami Beach, Florida. The South Beach/Art Deco district of Miami Beach is only blocks away. The resort's architecture follows the art deco style, with bold geometric forms complemented by unique details, such as classically trimmed lamp stanchions. The pastel colors and tropical landscaping make it distinctly South Florida.
Guests at the resort enjoy an outdoor heated swimming pool, direct beach access, a children's playground, sand volleyball court, and barbecue area. Laundry facilities, video/DVD rental, and babysitting services are available on-site. Parking in an adjacent lot is approx. $7 per day.
Your two-bedroom suite accommodates up to six people with a separate guestroom. The suite features a fully-equipped kitchen with eating utensils, pots, pans, and dishes; iron/ironing board, in-room safe, central heat and air, data port, voicemail; and living area with a pull-out, queen-size sleeper sofa, Cable TV, and DVD player. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, cable TV, and bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and hair dryer. The guest room has a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower.
The Westgate South Beach resort is located at 3611 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33140.
Check-in: Saturday at 4 pm.
Check-out: Saturday at 10 am.
We will have a written confirmation sent to you by an independent company affiliated with the resort -- no payment until you are satisfied that everything is in order with the reservation. You will be required to show ID and have a credit card at registration (at the resort reception desk) for security reasons and to pay for any incidentals charged to your suite. You will be responsible for the proper care of the unit while staying in it. You must be of legally-responsible, contractual age to rent this unit (21 years or older) or you will not be allowed to use the suite.
