Located in an early 1900’s building, this newly renovated apartment consists of two bedrooms a separate living/dining room with fold-out couch, a fully-equipped kitchen, a long hallway, one full bath and two balconies. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. In the living room there are floor to ceiling windows that look out at Sacre Coeur. Off both bedrooms is a small balcony that looks out onto Parisian rooftops.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washer-dryer, coffee maker, juice maker etc. The bathroom has bathtub with an American shower, towels, soap, hair dryer etc.
Sunlight, wood floors, plants, old terra cotta, and the view of Scare Coeur all characterize this newly renovated two bedroom apartment. From your own private balcony you can dine (as weather permits) while viewing all of Sacre Coeur and Parisian rooftops. Montmartre is known as one of the most romantic spots in Paris, and the beautiful lights from the balcony at night will certainly only enhance the ambiance. This area of Paris is best known for its quiet winding streets, its funky boutiques and cafes, the famous artists who once lived here, and those unexpected glimpses of the magnificent Parisian skyline. There are two metro stops which are a short walk from the apartment. Metro Abbesses, is a 5 minute walk and takes you through Place de Madeleine and Place de Concorde within 7 - 10 minutes (the center of Paris). Metro Anvers is only a 2 minute walk and will take you to the Champs Elysees in about 15 minutes. Taxis are readily available throughout Montmartre.
What we offer our guests: We will be there to meet you at the apartment and explain how everything works. We can make restaurant, theater and activity reservations and recommendations. As we live in Paris we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests. Our goal is to give our visitors a real French living experience and unique vacation, one that they would never have had staying in a hotel.
SIZE: This apartment is 700 square feet., plus balcony, located on the 7th floor with elevator. Sleeps 4 (plus sofa bed). Can be rented in conjunction with Rue Charles Nodier apartment in the same building. The two apartments together can accommodate up to 8 adults. One full Bathroom (bathtub with an American shower) with linens, French soaps, shampoo and towels provided. Sorry, no pets.
