LOWER LEVEL...Entertaining and Recreation are the theme with a custom cherry pool table that converts to a ping pong table, foose-ball, flat screen, and large bar, with ice machine and refrigerator, wine cellar, wine cooler. Movie premiers are a possibility in the large theatre room with a 123" screen and surround sound. The lower level opens to a large patio and an oversized hot tub, against the backdrop of spectacular mountain views. The lower level offers another guest suite with a queen bed, sitting room with 180 degree views, large spa bath with steam shower and oversized jetted tub, flat screen and walk out to patio. There are three additional bedrooms, two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third bedroom is a kid's bunk room with a bunk bed with a lower double bed and single on top. All bedrooms come with private baths equipped with a jetted tub/shower combination.
