Be our guests in this large coach home (approximately 2560 square feet), located in the private cul-de-sac of Providence Village, with a private entrance and a 2 car garage with separate entry. It boasts 3 large bedrooms: the master suite has a Queen-size bed, large bathroom and very large walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a Queen-size bed and overlooks the courtyard. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds and an adjoining bathroom and overlooks the cul-de-sac and fountain in the large lake facing the clubhouse. The den has a love seat with pullout bed to accommodate additional sleepers. The dining room has seating for 6 but can easily accommodate more and the breakfast area is also available for casual dining. The large screened-in lanai overlooks a lake and the 13th tee area. There are electric storm shutters that provide easy sun screening for the breakfast at sunrise or cocktails at sunset.
The living room has a large sofa and love seat opposite the entertainment wall unit that houses a TV, DVD and VCR players, along with a Bose wave system (CD and AM/FM radio) for easy listening or viewing. The love seat in the den accommodates additional TV viewing and sleeping arrangements. The laundry room opposite the den contains a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and cleaning utensils.
Naples Lakes Country Club is an award-winning, gated golf community. Renters have access to the clubhouse facilities, including restaurant and lounge, locker rooms, pro-shop, book library, and fitness center. In addition to the 18 hole Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course (optional for renters), Naples Lakes Country Club has 5 Har-Tru tennis courts with an active tennis program. The practice golf facility is available for warming up and tuning one's golf game.
Renters have access to the large pool and cabana at the country club and the neighborhood pool at Providence Village as well as the nearby beaches of Naples and Marco Island.
