Be our guests and receive a special welcome gift when you arrive at our second floor coach home (approximately 2560 square feet), located in Naples Florida. Our Naples Lakes Country Club (NLCC) home sits in the private cul-de-sac of Providence Village, with a private entrance and a 2 car garage with separate entry. It boasts 3 large bedrooms: the master suite has a Queen-size bed, very large walk-in closet and large bathroom overlooking the lake. The second bedroom also has a Queen-size bed and overlooks the courtyard. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds and an adjoining bathroom and overlooks the cul-de-sac and fountain in the large lake facing the main clubhouse and 18th green.
The living room has a large sofa and love seat opposite the entertainment wall unit that houses a 42" Plasma TV & DVD player, along with a Bose wave system (CD and AM/FM radio) for easy listening. The den has a love seat with pullout bed to accommodate additional sleepers. Sit and relax watching the 20" flat screen TV that houses both DVD and VCR capabilities or sit at the computer desk and surf the internet. The laundry room opposite the den contains a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, along with basic cleaning utensils.
The dining room has seating for 6 but can easily accommodate more and the breakfast area is also available for casual dining. Opposite the dining room is a bar area with bar stools to accommodate guests prior to entering the dinning room. The large screened-in lanai overlooks a lake and the 13th tee area. There are electric storm shutters that provide easy sun screening for the breakfast at sunrise or cocktails at sunset environment.
NLCC is an award-winning, gated golf community. Renters have access to the clubhouse facilities, including restaurant and lounge, locker rooms, pro-shop, book library, fitness center, large pool and cabana at the country club and the neighborhood pool at Providence Village. In addition to the 18 hole Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, NLCC has 5 Har-Tru tennis courts with an active tennis program and the practice golf facility is available for warming up and tuning one's golf game.NLCC is conveniently located to Downtown Naples (15 minutes) and Marco Island (20 Minutes), where top-rated restaurants and boutique shopping venues are available.
