The condo building is next to the Washington State Convention Center just steps to Pacific Place and Westlake Shopping centers, live theater, movie theaters, public transportation, monorail which takes you to the Space Needle and Seattle Center, and many, many restaurants. Also just a few blocks from Swedish Hospital, Virginia Mason, Pike's Place Market, and Elliott Bay waterfront. You can't get more centrally located than this.

This condo features new fine furnishings. Comfortable plush mattresses in the two bedrooms, one with Queen-size bed and the other with two twins that can be made into a King. Pull out sofa bed in living room sleeps a 5th person. Stunning views of downtown, skyscrapers, and lake union from every window in this condo. The kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are included. Bring your laptop and use our DSL internet connection for work or pleasure. We keep several guidebooks and lots of brochures on hand to help plan your activities. Covered garage parking is available in the building for an additional fee.

Building also features a business center with copying machine, and fax. Recreation room with pop machine, pool table, and big screen TV and a rooftop deck with amazing views. Coin-op laundry room on site.

A prime location, amazing views, modern amenities in a gorgeous comfortable condo, and a reasonable price all make this the place to stay in Seattle.

For groups larger than 6 persons, we have 8 units in this building combined can accomodate up to 31 persons.
