Our three bedroom, three bath penthouse oceanfront condo sleeps 6. The condo is on the 6th floor (end unit). There is a 7th floor sun-deck that is accessible from a spiral staircase in the living room. Enjoy the spacious kitchen, dining room, living room. There is a slider off the living area to wrap around deck. The master bedroom also has a slider onto the deck. There are 2 additional bedrooms. Each bedroom with king size beds has its own bathroom.
There is a fully equipped kitchen that was just remodeled with granite and stainless steel appliances, cook center on the patio, ocean view terrace, air conditioning, washer/dryer and more. Daily Maid service is available upon request.

WOW!!!!! This unit is great!!! Spacious, great views, great 7th floor deck, everything in the unit is awsome! We stayed with some friends of ours and had plenty of privacy and room. Having all of the comforts that you would have at home was great. We caught a 200+lb Marlin and a 20-25lb Dorrado (Mahi Mahi) and were able to grill those up for Xmas dinner and still have plenty of left overs. For a fishing charter, see Sergei or Adam at the Concierge desk. Happy hr at the pool was great, even though the drinks are not as strong as they are during Non-Happy Hr. Elevator at the resort is small...no more than 4 people or 660 lbs...(believe me, NO MORE!!!). All of the staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful. It is nice that there are two places (one on site and one up the driveway) to get anything incase you forgot it (ie. drinks, snacks, medicine....etc.). If you decide to take a taxi or shuttle from the airport...DO NOT STOP TO TALK TO ANYONE INSIDE THE AIRPORT (after you clear customs), they are ALL timeshare SHARKS (very very aggresive, almost abusive), just ignore them and head out the doors to the shuttles/taxi drivers. If you decide to go into town for dinner, I recommend Mi Casa (there is also one in Cabo San Lucas)...AMAZING food. Sardina Cantina, right up the driveway, has very good breakfast and I heard that they make some of the BEST fish tacos. The Mega Mart (kinda like Walmart) is with in walking distance but you will need a cab ride back. We didn't rent a car and took cabs everywhere, which were very cheap. If you are looking for activities, I recommend Cabo Adventures Zipline/Rock climb/Tarzan swing much more....It's a good workout but very very fun. We wanted to do the buggies but they were completely booked. All in all...................AWESOME CHRISTMAS. Best ever!!!!! Looking to go back and rent this same unit. Thank you Pat!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children.

Penthouse was perfect. Ocean view, plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Property amenities were nice. The staff was more than accommodating. Would do it again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.
