Luxurious spacious 3 bedroom, 2+ bath condo situated 50 steps from the center of the best most popular lifts at Kirkwood Ski Resort. Exquisitely furnished to include a fully stocked kitchen that even has a blender and juicer to satellite television with over 200 TV and 50 music choices. Sleeps up to 8 guests, protected parking, and the general store, best restaurants and bar are even closer than the lifts! Lodging taxes and booking fee are all included in rates. Daily maid service is available for an additional fee.
We require a three night minimum stay. If the unit is not rented prior to any weekend we will waive the three night minimum stay, but will charge an extra $50.00 per night based on two nights or an extra $125.00 for one night stay. We require 25% deposit to book the condo and the 75% balance 30 days prior to occupancy, plus $100 security deposit.

Perfect accomodations. We had 2 families with 4 children and the bunk bedroom was the ideal set-up. They even have 2 portable cribs for the small ones. The kitchen has every appliance and gadget imaginable. Awesome -- who wants to go out to dinner when the kitchen is so well stocked. There is even a spice rack! All linens, towels and supplies were included. Unit is immaculate and a great place to spend evenings after a day of skiing. The unit is less than 55 steps to the lifts. Great!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.

About the owner: We lived primarily in San Diego until retirement. Now we spend our time at our home in Mexico, travelling in our RV, and spending at least one month in the summer and one month in the winter at Kirkwood. Kirkwood gives us the benefit of enjoying the year-around beautiful Sierras and its seasons.
Why the Owner Chose Kirkwood:
We purchased our unit when we had small children. The all-day ski school is the best we have ever seen -- you check you children in at 10:00 a.m. and the school works with them all day, provides lunch and even brings them in for hot cocoa if it is too cold. Skiing for adults is fabulous -- no lift lines and great snow due to the high altitude. Summer at Kirkwood allowed our children to experience growing up in the mountains -- lake fishing, hiking, biking and even tent camping when they were a little older.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Winter: Skiing, cross country skiing (nearby lake trails and open meadow trail); snow shoeing. Caroling at Christmas and Fireworks Parade at New Year's. Summer: Hiking, swimming, biking (Mountain Bike Trail), backpacking, fishing.
