This luxurious, non-smoking condominium is located on the 16th floor of a modern security building. It is a perfect location for a vacation getaway or for business purposes with eight-foot-high windows, ten foot-high ceilings, granite countertops, sound-absorbing concrete walls and high-speed Internet access. This one bedroom condominium sleeps 4. The one bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed plus bookshelf, dresser, desk, chair and TV. This condominium has spectacular views of the Long Beach marina, Pacific Ocean, Queen Mary and more.
The main room has two hide-a-bed sofas that convert to beds plus a HD TV with international programming. (It is not plasma but HD-only delete plasma). The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee- maker & more. The dining room table seats 6 people. The bathroom has a Grecian style tub with a European shower head for the shower you desire. The washer and dryer are located between the bedroom and bathroom where there is a walk-in closet. Central air and heating. The building includes a state of the art fitness center, heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna. A self serve business office with free internet access is available.
Underground parking is provided in a private closed garage that allows you to (or use the words “where you can”) lock and store any additional valuables you may have. From the large wrap around balcony enjoy a meal and a beautiful sunset overlooking the beach. This large wrap around balcony includes tables and chairs for your comfort. There is a community gas BBQ located on the "sun deck".
In April, the Long Beach Grand Prix is easily viewed from the balcony. Part of the Grand Prix course is directly beneath the balcony. You can also see the entire race from the balcony which is 16 floors above the race course.
The Marina and Shoreline Village are literally at your feet, as are Long Beach's legendary shore. The cultural life of downtown Long Beach is steps from your door with excellent restaurants of all types such as Kings Fish House, L'Opera Ristorante, Alegria Cocina, The Yard House, PF Changs, California Pizza Kitchen, Gladstones, Islands, The Sky Room and more ~ all within walking distance. It is also a short walk to Shoreline Village, the marina and the beach.
The condo is approximately 16 miles from LAX (Los Angeles International Airport), 5 miles from Long Beach airport, and 14 miles from John Wayne (Orange County airport). Disneyland is approximately 18 miles, Knott's Berry Farm, Movieland Wax Museum, and the Medieval Times Dinner theater are about 13 miles away.

I love to be near the water, especially the ocean. I feel so alive when I am near it. "Ocean View on Top of the World" is a tranquil place where you can relax and view the beautiful ocean in front of you. Besides the tranquility of the condominium, from time to time, I enjoy going to the city a few blocks away where I share dinner with friends. Other times, we enjoy dining on the balcony.
Why the Owner Chose Long Beach
I chose this property because it has a spectacular ocean view. It gives me the opportunity to be in a beautiful, yet peaceful, setting. It has all the comforts of home in terms of a nice kitchen and dining area yet gives me the opportunity to enjoy meals with friends on the large, 16th floor balcony that surrounds the unit. It is also close to shopping, restaurants, the aquarium, convention center, theater...etc.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The view from the 16th floor balcony provides a spectacular view of the entire course of the Long Beach Grand Prix. The following can be seen from the balcony: the Queen Mary, the Long Beach marina, the beach, Catalina Island in the distance, the Vincent St. Thomas bridge, the hills of Palos Verdes...etc. In the evening the lights of the carousel, the bridges...etc. as they sparkle against the ocean beyond. This is security building with underground parking in a closed garage where additional things may be stored & secured. There is a jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna, fantastic gym, self-serve business office with internet access 24/7, DISH TV with international programming (bedroom and living room) and a gas barbecue on the community terrace. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a microwave oven, large refrigerator/freezer, dishes...etc. There is a large washer and drier in the unit. The bathroom has a large Grecian tub. Central air-conditioning and heat. The unit has a queen size bed in the bedroom and two hide-a-beds with the ability to sleep four people.
