The Unique Benefits at this House
Seagate is probably one of the best kept secrets in Naples with three private canals, a private beach and only one access road. It's close to everything, yet quiet and secluded. The 45" flat screen tv w/surround sound is in a family room separate from the main living areas which gives the open layout of the home more of a vacation feeling. Each bedroom is in its own corner of the house with a private bath affording privacy throughout.

Decorating this property was a collaborative effort with one of Naples top designers. We had so much fun hunting for local treasures and bidding at auction; we just couldn't keep our paddles down! The furnishings and art are what makes this home so unique and that, along with the natural environment, is what sets this property apart from all the rest.

Pictures don't do this property justice. Gorgeous furnishings and art, great location, backyard pool and spa in ultra-relaxing private setting. We took daily walks down beautiful tree lined streets with views of the bay. Owner couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. Our two month stay wasn't nearly long enough!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+.

We stayed at this beautiful property for 10 days and had a great time. Our kids spent most of their time in the wonderful pool and hot tub. The location of the home is very good - it takes you 2 minutes by car to the beach (there is a private beach access) and also 2 min. to the posh Waterside Shops. We hope to return one day!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We had the pleasure of renting this Beautiful Villa-Style home for the first three months of 2009. Upon arrival, and throughout our stay, we enjoyed a gorgeously furnished, clean & well-maintained property conveniently located to everything Naples has to offer. A pool, hot tub and canal winding out to the shore, grace the rear of the home to provide additional options for an active lifestyle. Additionally, we loved the private beach access the homeowner provides with this property. We rate is at the top of the chart of Naples beautiful properties.
