The golf membership can be transferred to renters for a $200 fee. This allows you and your family members to enjoy unlimited golf for just a nominal cart fee.

Our fully furnished brand new condo, provides a relaxing and comforting environment in which to vacation and enjoy your stay in Naples. Read the newspaper and watch free cable TV in the nicely decorated spacious living room. Relax by the pool located just across the street from the condo. Why the Owner Chose Heritage Bay
My wife and I fell in love with the Naples area, the first time we vacationed there. The place is pristine, the area is well planned/developed with newer construction, and the people are very friendly. There is lots to do in the area and it is less congested than the Florida east coast. My wife and I really look forward to getting away during the winter months as often as we can.
