This Townhouse is situated in a very nice neighborhood on a quiet street though only one block off Belmont and all its restaurants, theaters and other amenities.
Laurelhurst Park is at the end of the road (4 blocks) and Hawthorne shopping district is just 6 blocks away. The house is within a very easy walking distance to The Bagdad Theater, Laurelhurst Movie Theater, Zupans supermarket, Stumptown Coffee, Tao of Tea, Kens Pizza, and lots of bars and great restaurants. No car is required if you stay here though there is ample on-street parking.. Portland has the best Public Transport system in the country. The bus stop is on the corner where you can catch a bus to downtown Portland (only 2 miles away).
The house is on 3 levels. Downstairs is an office. The 2nd level has the kitchen, living room, ½ bathroom and a balcony. The top floor has 2 bedrooms with a Queen Bed in each and two bathrooms. One of the upstairs bathrooms has a shower and tub, the other a shower. The townhouse is an end unit so it is nice and bright.

Why the Owner Chose Portland
Portland is unique in many ways, it has a vibrant arts community, very green, progressive and close to the great outdoors. The Columbia Gorge is just on the edge of town and has great hiking and sight-seeing. This is one of the nicest neighborhoods in the City and a car is not required as there is so much within walking distance.
