Proximity to Arrowhead, Beaver Creek and Vail, plus sleigh rides and ice skating right in Cordillera provide endless winter fun. This home is decorated for comfort with class. Main level has master with fireplace, master bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, huge family room with fireplace, dining for 8, kitchen with eating area and 2 car garage. Lower level has 2 bedrooms each with separate bath, bunk area with bunks for 8 and TV lounging area perfect for kids/teens, and laundry room with washer/dryer. Extensive DVD collection available. No pets or smoking. We would love to have our home be yours for the holidays!

We grew up in Colorado and are hoping to get back there one day! When we stayed at the Lodge at Cordillera we were stunned by the beauty, tranquility, but convenience to all sorts of activities. It's year round appeal with the championship golf courses for the summer and 3 world class ski areas close by during the winter sold us. Being at the spa in 2 minutes for a luxurious experience or a five star meal means there is something for everyone. The house itself allows us to have another family or two and even grandparents so it has been a wonderful place for our extended family to connect every year.

The Unique Benefits of this House
With beds for 14 and then 4 couches if there is an extra person or two, we have housed up to 3 families comfortably. The bunk area with TV, games etc makes a great place for kids to congregate allowing some sanity on the upper level.
