Our small family of 5 recently spent 4 nights here and it was amazing! The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has all the conveniences of home. The view of the beach from the 16th floor is stunning. We have now found our new favorite vacation spot. I can't imagine staying anywhere else while visiting the gulf coast. Our family definitely plans on forming a long time business relationship with the owner! Cindy was very easy to get in touch with and responded to all of my email questions almost instantly. We are very much looking forward to another stay here soon!

What an amazing long weekend in Perdido at the Palacio!!! Cindy, the owner, was without a doubt, one of the most effecient people I have ever dealt with!!! E mail response was so quick. Check-in procedure was so easy. The condo was furnished very nice; the bed's were more comfortable than at home!!! Our family loves Perdido. It is such a quieter area than Gulf Shores. The water was as pretty as I've ever seen, even in Destin. Cindy, thanks again for a wonderful getaway!!!!!

This was our first trip to Perdido. We were looking for something not so touristy and crowded. We were pleasantly surprised. The beaches are gorgeous and the feel of Perdido is definitely relaxing. The condo was perfect for us. We had a family of four and two grandparents. The balcony was used the most! We couldn't pry ourselves away from the view. Don't get me wrong, we certainly enjoyed the condo. The owner has it set up so nice. She had everything we needed and more. Secure wifi, 3 tv's, comfortable namebrand mattresses, and the unit was super clean! Cindy is great to work with via internet too. She responds to emails very quick. Also, be sure to try her restaurant recommendations. She's on it! We would most positively book this unit again!

This was my first time using VRBO. The experience was great. The owner (Cindy) responded immediately and answered all my questions. The rental process was the easiest ever! The condo was great and so was the location! It was the relaxing get away that I was looking for. It was much needed and I could definitely see myself returning in the future. Thanks Cindy!

Best Vacation Ever!

I searched for 3 weeks for just the right condo for our late honeymoon and found this unit. It was beautiful, affordable and perfect for what we wanted. We were able to walk out on the balcony and watch the waves and look out over the water. We wanted to be able to cook and relax, as well as go out and enjoy the area. We cooked a few meals and also went to Lillian's, Triggers, and the property just across the street to eat and all were delicious and affordable. It was perfect! The king size temperpedic bed and the huge jacuzzi tub were the kind of "extras" that made our stay so comfortable and special. You can tell that the owners have such pride in their property. The decor and environment were so special. We will rent this unit again and as soon as we can. Hated to leave and look forward to being there again. Thank you to the owners!! I am 50 and have multiple sclerosis and it was easy for my husband and I to get in and out with no problems at all. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit.

We just returned from a short beach trip....this condo is beautiful and even better than its description. It was immaculate and felt very new and was an excellent price. The furnishings were comfortable and welcoming. The Palacio is a great property and is well maintained. We love Perdido Beach because it is less crowded but still an easy drive over to Gulf Shores. The owner was so helpful and quick with her responses. Can't WAIT to go back!

It's hard to put into words how wonderful our stay at Palacio was, but between the weather outside and the beautifully-elegant YET super-comfortable surroundings inside, it really felt like a piece of Heaven on earth! From Day One, communication and procedures flowed smoothly and promptly. Although we stayed, just the two of us, as a post-Christmas getaway, there is plenty of space (two extra bedrooms) for the whole family. Just be sure you reserve the master bedroom as your personal retreat...the view, the sound of the surf, and the balcony are indescribable, and truly second-to-none! Thank you so much for sharing such a special place with us and so many other happy vacationers!

We recently stayed for a long weekend in this beautiful Palacio condo. We totally enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean, neat and definitely reflected the pictures that were portrayed on the website. I asked a few questions to the owner by email and received very prompt answers. The off-season pricing was very reasonable and the view from the condo was just about the prettiest I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this property to any one of my friends or relatives. We will definitely be back this summer. Thanks for an awesome getaway!

Many thanks to Cindy for giving us such a wonderful vacation!!! We had such an awesome time here. The rooms are spacious, the view is spectacular, the pools are huge and convenient, the beach is immaculate!!! What more can I say but that we'll always stay here when we come to Pensacola. We ate at the Shrimp Basket, went to a practice show to see the Blue Angels, went to the USS Alabama in Mobile, shopped at the huge Tanger Outlet in Foley, AL, and sat on the balcony and read books while the kids slept!!! This condo is perfect for your vacation! Thanks, Cindy for making it so wonderful for us!!!

Wow, beautiful condo, very nicely furnished, beautiful view. We celebrated our 25th anniversary here. Perfect location, close to a lot but still very quiet. Cindy was great to work with, that's why we love VRBO, you meet some great owners. We will be back!

Wow, what a beautiful place! Your home-away-from-home is absolutely perfect. The furnishings and decor are amazing. We loved the master bedroom and view from the sitting nook. The living area is very comfortable and again, the view is awesome. The balcony furniture is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Can't think of a thing you could do to improve this unit!

We had a wonderful Holiday weekend...First my dad wanted to stay at a Marriot, but boy was he glad we didn't. Our only complaint was the elevator was down on Friday night at 4pm for building maintance, but Cindy had nothing to do with that. Great property!! We would do this again. Thanks!
