This is a very nice clean and spacious home. It truly sleeps 9 and is updated with contemporary furniture. It has a wide open floor plan and is in a charming, quiet neighborhood.
Our home is 10 minutes from Warm Mineral Springs and 15 min from Englewood beaches, 20 min from all the beautiful white sandy beaches of Sarasota and Siesta Key (one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida!).
Our home has a king bed with a pillow top mattress in the Master bedroom, a wall mounted TV with CD player and nice leather reading chair to relax in after a busy day. The Master bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in Shower with both his and hers closets. Bedroom #2 has a twin bed with 2 closets and beautiful modern decor with new bedding and modern artwork. Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom, and twin bed on top. This room has a two chair desk/table, magnetic board for kids to use, children's books and board games, as well as 10 DVD movies.
The study has a desk, and a love seat which opens into a twin sofa bed. The home also has a den which has a full futon sofa/bed and two mobile TV reclining chairs along with a pop up leather ottoman for extra storage. A bathroom with tub /shower lies between the 2 other bedrooms.
A two car garage attaches to the laundry room which is equipped with a washer and dryer. The living room is spacious with a large TV and plenty of seating with modern decor and pictures. A truly beautiful home for you to enjoy! I have plenty more pics to email to you just call!!

If renting for multiple months then one months rent is required at contract
signing. The security and all other monthly payments are to be paid in full
upon check in.

I am all about the outdoors. We moved here from NJ and I believe Florida is the perfect place to live and vacation in-- so this is why I am here! It is a wonderful place to be in during the long winter months where we as Floridians experience very few rainy days and nothing but sunshine.
Why the Owner Chose North Port
We chose North Port because it is situated in a great location just between Tampa and Naples. We were using this home as a second home and have now decided to use it as a vacation rental property as well.

Our home is in a great neighborhood, close to nearby shopping and Sarasota county beaches. You can chose to walk in the neighborhood for exercise and feel safe. The North Port area has grown significantly each year and is - a perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of our busy life style.
