Located in the community of lovely Sueno del Mar, Casa Bella is a brand new, unique, 1800 sq ft condo situated on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool area. With stunningly beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and Chahué Bay, our spacious terrace has a large table and chairs perfect for enjoying drinks or dinner while watching the sun set. This private, 2 bedroom, 2 bath end-unit with elevator access has no common walls and has been exquisitely decorated. We offer many amenities including flat screen TV's, marble floors, 11 ft ceilings, a washer-dryer, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, hair dryers, and ceiling fans in every room, just to name a few. If you bring your laptop along, there is wireless internet access throughout Casa Bella, by the pool and at the beach clubs.
Life in Mexico is mainly about outdoor living but on those evenings that you feel just too hot to sit outside, Casa Bella has air conditioners in each room and ample seating around the large dining table. There are large, comfortable chairs and a sofa in the living room. The two generously sized bedrooms have king sized beds with pillowtop mattresses and walk-in closets.
Enjoy your day relaxing by the semi-Olympic sized pool with a shallow section for kids. Or, take a 3 minute walk to the beach where 2 beach clubs will provide you food, libations and excellent service. Or, take a drive or cab ride as paved roads allow access to seven other beaches where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling from the beach, scuba diving, fishing and surfing. Cabs are abundant and very reasonably priced, typically $2-$3 USD Casa Bella is just a 10 minute walk to Santa Cruz Bay, the location of the fishing village that preceded present-day Huatulco, is now the site of the resort's cruise-ship pier. Literally steps away are a pair of clean beaches and a lively little commercial area of shops, restaurants and an artisans' market catering to visitors.
This 5-Star gated community of Sueno del Mar, with 24 hour security is centrally located - walk to restaurants, shopping and a supermarket within minutes. Tennis is available in the spa/health club next door and golf is a 10 minute cab ride. Perfect for families!
Our local administrator will greet and oversee our guests during their stay at Casa Bella to be sure that all of their needs are met and they are happy during their stay. Her helpful staff can organize transport to and from the airport, book any excursions you require and answer any questions you may have.

Why the Owner Chose Huatulco
Our goal was to find a vacation property in Mexico by the water, with lovely weather, not in a commercial area, near a tennis court and golf course, with a large pool and a great view where we could walk to restaurants and bars and where we could entertain our friends and family and just relax. Our 3rd floor unit in Sueno del Mar fulfills all these requirements and more. Impeccable construction, vaulted ceilings, granite and marble throughout, with amazing views and no hurricanes.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Huatulco is one of Mexico's most relaxed destinations. The centerpieces of Huatulco's appeal are the nine bays encompassing 36 beaches and numerous inlets and coves, each with its own unique setting and ecology. Our unit is 100 yards from a scenic, unspoiled beach of golden sand and crystal clear water. The Huatulco area has a warm climate year round and some of the clearest water on Mexico's Pacific coast. The beaches and waters of the Pacific offer some great diving and snorkeling spots and every imaginable water sport including deep sea fishing, white water rafting and surfing. For the landlubbers there are horseback riding and ATV tours along with the shopping in La Crucecita, a short cab ride away. Come see for yourself!

It was a pleasure dealing with owners and the condo has everything you could ever need and more. The locatoin is perfect to get around the area and the facilities on property are top shelf!! If you're interested in renting a 2BR condo in the Huatulco area, this is the place.

My husband, I, and our friend stayed in Casa Bella for a week including Thanksgiving Holiday. It was the first time in Huatulco for all of us. After we explored the area we were quite pleased to find that Casa Bella was the best choice we could make. It was just a shear luck that without any earlier knowledge I had picked the property so centrally located, so well appointed, with such a great view, great interior design, so well equipped and maintained, and so loved and cared about by the owners. In addition, Sueno Del Mar complex is only one year old, it is a brand new addition to Playa Chaque. The entire neighborhood is very safe, just a 5 min walk to Super Che, and 10 min walk to Santa Cruz. The owners of Casa Bella provided us with very helpful tips about Bahias de Huatulco, which also contributed to the most memorable vacation ever. During our trip we enjoyed touring all of the bahias, snorkeling in La India, San Augustine, and La Entrega, exploring Santa Cruz and La Crucecita. We also had a perfect slow day, when we really enjoyed chilling by the swimming pool at Sueno Del Mar, reading books and watching movies from Casa Bella owners collection. I cannot wait to come back to Casa Bella for my next vacation.

Casa Bella was so incredibly beautiful and tranquil. We were also able to make breakfast and cook a little bit, so we were very appreciative of your well stocked and organized kitchen. We swam in the pool almost every night and were able to see the stars (which we are never able to do in Chicago because of all the light pollution). Thanks for renting it to us. It was absolutely gorgeous and exceeded all of our expectations. Casa Bella and Huatulco, in general, felt so incredibly safe...it really put us at ease. We walked to Super Che often at night and felt very safe each time. Huatulco and Casa Bella are truly hidden gems in Mexico, and we definitely look forward to being able to visit again! :)

Stayed in this beautiful and well appointed condo for 2 weeks in January/February. It had everything needed to make you feel at home and was very spacious. Close to the town and grocery store for easy shopping. Beautiful pool and courtyard area which is quiet for relaxing. Staff and administration were attentive to your needs. Really enjoyed the condo and everything Huatulco has to offer. Only negative was having to leave after 2 weeks.

What could be better than a week at Casa Bella, well let me tell you, two weeks are. We stayed in Casa bella in late January and early February 2010. The suite is equiped and appointed well. The property is staffed with pleasant professionals, the pool and BBQ are great and the location is very good. It is a brand new location and is remarkably pleasing. If there is anything wrong with this property, well we may find it on our next visit. Stay tuned.

“Casa Bella was the perfect choice, it is located on a beautiful beach. It is appointed perfectly, not as a rental but as a home, it wants for nothing. The building is quiet so there is no noisy neighbours. The entire property is beautifully maintained, the pool is clean and in perfect condition. The beds are really comfortable, a rarity in Mexico. Having a washer/dryer in the condo makes life wonderful, you don’t have to pack so much! The location is perfect because taxis are cheap and plentiful, there is no need to rent a car and the cute little town is an easy 10 minute stroll, and is safe to walk, day or night, loads of great restaurants and stores to chose from, condo staff very attentive, requests for more bottled water were attended to quickly. Owners respond quickly to any inquires or questions, and really care that renters enjoy their stay. We know the area of Huatulco well and this would be our top choice.”
