The ocean view is spectacular from this marine artist's beautiful 3 1/2 bedroom and 2 bath home located on a very private cul-de-sac on the hilltop overlooking the harbor of Isabel Segunda and across to the main island of Puerto Rico and the islands of St Thomas and Culebra. There is a lovely screened in porch and a large open terrace where you can have your morning coffee and watch the fishing boats and ferries, or just the waves. This is a very peaceful retreat; there will never be any noise here except the sound of the ocean and the coquis. We have just purchased this property after many years of renting it.
The magnificent sunsets from the large open terrace will make you never want to go home. The house is just a couple minute walk to a small sandy beach and great snorkeling.
On the top floor is a spacious living room, the kitchen, a dining area as well as the porch(alternate outdoor dining), a master bedroom with a queen bed, 2 smaller bedrooms, each with twin beds, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry area with washer/drier. On the lower level with a separate entrance you will find a large bedroom with twin beds and private dressing room and bath.
