This condo has the best of everything! End unit, west facing patio, on the golf course, walk to the clubhouse, attached garage with direct access to unit. This condo was purchased empty, so everything's new. There is 20 inch 'travertine marble' tile throughout.
The living room has a lovely suede sectional, area carpet, TV console, large flat screen TV with blu-ray, stereo with CD player and iPod port and a gas fireplace for cooler winter nights.
The dining room has a new contemporary solid wood table and 6 chairs. There is bone china service for 12, with serving pieces.
The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, newly painted cupboards, and is well stocked with blender, mixer, coffee machine, 4-slice toaster, everyday dishes, numerous utensils, knives and gadgets. There is also a table and seating for 4 in the kitchen area.
The master bedroom has a luxurious California King pillow-top mattress, a large closet that runs the width of the room and a large flat screen TV. The generous sized ensuite has double sinks, shower, large mirror, ample storage, chair, hairdryer, etc.
The second bedroom has a queen bed also with a new luxurious mattress. There is a flat screen TV with a built-in DVD player.
The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, closet, night stand, and small desk.
The second bathroom has a shower/tub. The hall linen closet has 2 sets of bedding for each of the beds as well as numerous towels including pool towels.
This condo is available for monthly rental starting November, 2009.

Wow is right! Great location! We loved being so close to the pool and having a west facing patio. The beds were soooo comfortable. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

Please add this comment to your vrbo site. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back as soon as we can. My wife enjoyed riding the bike to the Starbucks every morning as well as to the Mall. We walked over the the COD fair and to El Paseo. We loved the convenient location.
