  This condo is perfectly located. Close to international drive which has everything! We had some issues with the internet and pool access but I emailed Sai and within a day they were fixed. The condo is modern and equipped with everything, which was nice. The other 3 people I was with hated the beds. They were extremely hard and a couple of them had bad backs but I didn't mind them. The one thing I would recommend to people is to look for the Publix sign when you get off the highway because the sign for Breakview is only shown once you get through the gates to the condo. It literally is the first left off the highway but just make sure you look for the Publix sign and you'll be okay. I would rent again based on the location and the quick response from Sai. We had a great time!

  Owner response: Thank you for your comments. I replaced WiFi and Cable Modems immediately, working fine after that. Re-checked the beds again, they are comfortable, we bought top of the line. As you mentioned, they don't bother most of the people. Thank you again.

  I stayed in this condo with my wife and four children (thee boys and a girl). It was perfect because it is a thee-bedroom place which gave a separate room for our daughter. It was clean and very comfortable and we will definitely recommend it to friends. It is in a great location, too. Right of the 528 Beach Line freeway, 10 minutes maximum to any of the attractions. I guess the only thing to criticize and why I only gave four stars for "service" would be that we had to buy a few things we expected to be there such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap and shampoo. There is a Publix grocery store in walking distance so this was no big deal. The condo is on the second floor and there is no elevator (at least that we know off) so in case you have disabilities this may be an issue.

  We (2 adults and 3 children ages 4, 6 & 8) visited Orlando and stayed in this condo for a week recently and had an amazing time! The condo itself is an amazing value; very spacious, clean and newer appliances and furniture. There was even a pack & play and 2 strollers! The complex is very nice and the pool was never crowded. There is a Publix market within walking distance. Incredible location, very convenient location near the freeway entrance (15-20 minutes to Disney), the convention center (less than 5 minutes), as well as Universal & Sea World. The only two suggestions I can make would be to rent a car and to buy or bring toiletries and kitchen & laundry supplies. Not a big deal, A great Walmart was nearby. Cannot recommend more highly!!!

  I had a wonderful stay at this facility. The property was as described clean & well maintained. The neighborhood was nice & quiet. The property was very close to the major attractions that we visited. SeaWorld was within 2 miles of the property. There is a grocery store & dining within walking distance. I was able to communicate with the owner. I would stay at this property again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The condo was everything we expected, spacious, clean, location convenient. Business dealings with Sai were professional. He was very responsive to all our questions and needs. There was a small problem with cable connection that needed to be addressed. Sai answered my email immediately, and a cable service call was set up to correct the problem. I would recommend this property to my friends and relatives.

  This place is as nice as the photos on the website. Our family just visited Disney for a week, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was new, roomy, well appointed, and clean. It is in a gated community, and we felt very safe. The Disney parks were only about a 15 minute drive and Sea World and Universals are only 5 minutes away. I would certainly stay here again, and recommend it to friends. The owner was very easy to work with. He responded to my e-mails quickly, and everything was just as represented.

  The apartment was absolutely fantastic surpassed what we expected. The staff at the Resort were fantastic and extremely helpful and accommodating. The only issue we had was when stated we didn’t have a car and inquired if there was public transport to get around I was told yes by the apartment owner. We found out this was incorrect and we had to hire a car as everything in this area is really spread out and it was too expensive to keep using taxis. The cost of the accommodation was extremely good.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.
