As a tenant you may purchase a temporary social membership (purchase transfer only $100 with one month minimum stay) that will welcome you to use the private Terravita amenities such as the olympic-size pool, wonderful tennis facilities, fitness center, bar and restaurant, and 18 hole golf course (green fees will apply).
