  very nice pace but lacking in some amenities in kitchen. IE: enough dishes and silverware.vacumn in poor shape. Needed more sheets and blankets. Hated to turn on heat but had to do that a couple times. also could use serving dishes- ha a party and had to use loaf pans to serve chips etc. Loved the decorating but couch may need replacing soon as cushions getting flat. The view was awesome as was the master shower. Very happy with rental. None of comments affected how much fun we had and how much we did enjoy condo. See you next year. Linda.

  Owner response: Our unit is equipped for weekly rentals. We use a housekeeping service that provides the sheets and towels. The guests are provided the housekeepers name and number so they can contact them personally if they have issues with housekeeping and/or need additional services. Since the housekeeping staff did not receive a request for additional linens, we were not aware of an issue. We will definitely replace the vacuum cleaner and check the kitchen supplies to ensure they satisfy the maximum number of guests allowed in the unit. Our guest has already booked for next year so we are thankful these small issues did not hamper their stay.

  I took my two children ages 6 and 7 for their fall break and the weather was fabulous. What a wonderful time of year to go to the beach. The condo was clean and spacious enough for us. The kitchen had what we needed for the most part to do basic cooking. We spent allot of time on the balcony and even though it's across the road, there isn't anything in front of it so you see the beach just as if you were directly on it.. It was nice that I forgot my toothbrush and they had an extra new one there in a basket, especially since we arrived late that first night. The pools and hot tubs were well kept. We tried the sauna but it was too much for my son. We would definitely go back.

  We loved the view from the condo and the easy access to the beach from the walkway. The pools were gorgeous. It was very quiet and excellent for a getaway. The bay view from the back was gorgeous too. I personally loved the decor of the condo and the lay out of it. The two bedrooms have their own baths, which I loved. The owner was very organized, kind and helpful. Everything went smooth, cant wait to go back. Almost forgot, I enjoyed the fitness center too.

  The Condo is everything you said it was in your description, 20th floor Designer Condo with Spectacular Views. This Condo exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean and up to standards before our arrival. It also was furnished with all the necessary linens and amenities that a person would need so that they don't have to bring them as carry on during their flight. Everything we saw on the website and MORE! I can not say enough how pleased we was with the total experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We hope to return to Gulf Shores in a few months, and will surely keep you in mind! Mr. & Mrs. Michael Francois

  It was our second stay in the Gulf Shore/Orange Beach area. We stayed in the # 2007 unit on the top floor at the Crystal Towers. It was a great choice and we would highly recommend it for anyone staying in Gulf Shores. The property owner was very helpful in answering all of our questions and recommending restaurants to visit while on site. She is very efficient in returning e-mails, booking our time on site, and sending keys to the condo for our stay. The condo was very, very clean and tastefully decorated as well as spacious and comfortable for myself, my wife and our 8 year old twin boys. The pictures of the condo were exactly as the unit looked during our visit. The ocean view was great from the balcony. We sat and watched the dolphins swim out in the Gulf. I was pleasantly surprised that the condo is fully stocked with all the kitchen requirements (pots/pans, plates, cultery/silverware, blender, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, food processor) you might want or need. All of the condo items (TV's, washer-dryer, etc, are well cared-for amenities. The building location is also nice in that it has the air-conditioned walkway (over the roadway) to the second pool and beach. Both outdoor pools with hot-tubs were incredible and enjoyed during our stay. The Crystal Tower's on-site personnel do a great job keeping the entire property looking clean and well-maintained. The beach was great - I coughed up the $25 for two chairs and an umbrella for the day out of laziness, though you could easily bring your own chairs or setup as well. It was easy enough to walk back up to the condo for lunch or just to get out of the sun for a bit. We will be back, and look froward to our return. We would definitely recommend this condo to all of our family and friends. Thanks again.

  The whole experience was wonderful! Booking the condo was a breeze, checking in was so simple, and the place was perfect! My kids and I had a great time. They loved the bunkbeds and the view. It is in a great location and really easy to get to the beach and pools. We loved the large pool with the lazy river. The condo was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed just relaxing and watching movies in the evening. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice condo to stay in with lots to do within a short distance. We will be sure and book again when we want to go to the beach!! Jennifer

  The condo was just like the photo's. Everything was very nice and the view is wonderful. The pool areas are very clean and the pools themselves are great. Beach access is easy also. We had a fun weekend and plan on renting here again.

  My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Over the years, we've stayed at many properties both on and off the beach in Gulf Shores. The walk over access bridge to the pool and beach are so convenient, that it's just like being directly on the beach. The condo is nicely decorated w/ modern amenities. The balcony is excellent for unwinding and watching the sunset or listening to the waves of the ocean. We'll be bac!

  The view from this condo is breathtaking! I wasn't sure at first with not staying on the beach but this changed my mind. Not only did we have a view of the ocean we also had a view of the strip which was beautiful all lit up at night. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pictures online didn't do it justice, just beautiful. Our girls LOVED their room and the bunk beds. We visited LuLu's, Lamberts, DeSoto's and Scoops for dessert! This was our first "family" vacation and we will definitely be back. We had the best time!! Thank you Kelli for making everything about this trip so easy!!

  The condo was perfect and the amenities were plentiful. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time on the beach. The bridge made it easy and cool to get to the beach. My kids LOVED the pool! The balcony and view was awesome. We saw dolphins every morning while drinking our coffee on the balcony. Kelli was accommodating and always available for questions. We hope to return soon!
