My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Over the years, we've stayed at many properties both on and off the beach in Gulf Shores. The walk over access bridge to the pool and beach are so convenient, that it's just like being directly on the beach. The condo is nicely decorated w/ modern amenities. The balcony is excellent for unwinding and watching the sunset or listening to the waves of the ocean. We'll be bac!

The view from this condo is breathtaking! I wasn't sure at first with not staying on the beach but this changed my mind. Not only did we have a view of the ocean we also had a view of the strip which was beautiful all lit up at night. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pictures online didn't do it justice, just beautiful. Our girls LOVED their room and the bunk beds. We visited LuLu's, Lamberts, DeSoto's and Scoops for dessert! This was our first "family" vacation and we will definitely be back. We had the best time!! Thank you Kelli for making everything about this trip so easy!!

The condo was perfect and the amenities were plentiful. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time on the beach. The bridge made it easy and cool to get to the beach. My kids LOVED the pool! The balcony and view was awesome. We saw dolphins every morning while drinking our coffee on the balcony. Kelli was accommodating and always available for questions. We hope to return soon!

Beauty what is beauty, well the view from the balcony is beautiful! How can you explain how well God did when he created the beach? The condo was fabulous and well prepared and clean. I would be back in a heartbeat if I could. Our stay was wonderful and we appreciate Kelli and Bambi greatly. Our son lost his wallet and they were fantastic for getting it back to us. As I would say again, beauty beyond belief and imagination. Love it much, Kathy & Tim and the boys

We had not been to the beach in years and made a last minute decision to go. I received an immediate reply from Kelli that we could stay at her condo for the time we wanted. When we arrived, our three daughters and their cousin were thrilled with their room and all of the fun things to do at the complex. They had such a great time exploring and enjoying the pools with new friends they made. The security was very considerate and attentive, which was also very nice. The views from the beach side and lagoon side were amazing! We loved being on the 20th floor. The oil in the Gulf was not a problem during our stay, but they provided plenty of cleaning supplies as you exited the beach. Thank you so much, Kelli, for letting us stay in your adorable condo! Our family, from Pensacola Florida, found the Crystal Towers fantastic! We stayed there while our son played in the USSA World Series in Gulf Shores. The view was incredible from the 20th floor. Our children always had something to do after games with the three pools, game room and all of the other attractions the area has to offer. We enjoyed going to the Wharf where we did some shopping and fine dining and our children enjoyed the Oasis water park. We spent time at the Bass Pro Shop and also spent time on the beach. Bp crews use tractors to pull sifters every night down the beach to clean it. The result is a beach free of tar balls and a beach you can enjoy. With so many attractions Gulf Shores offers I would recommend this destination to anyone for their vacation. It was really relaxing and to find the beach clean and usable was a refreshing sight.

Incredible view from the 20th floor--you can see for miles!!! Love the decor!!! The air conditioned walkway made the walk to the beach a joy!! We give our highest recommendation for this condo, it was truly a pleasurable stay!!!

Our experience was fantastic! The condo's facility was very well kept. The pools and hot tubs were clean and well maintained. This unit was very plush and very CLEAN. The pictures were exactly what they were online with no surprises. The unit’s furnishings from the decorations to the comfortable beds, were great. The kitchen was nicely equipped if you chose to eat your meals in. The balcony view from this unit was as if you were right on the beach. Kelli's professionalism and promptness with booking, and processing the trip was the best service I have ever had when booking a condo. We will definitely stay here again next year. I highly recommend this unit.

Our stay at Crystal Towers made this year's vacation the best we've experienced in years. Our condo was on the 20th floor, which made the view of the ocean phenomenal. The pictures of the condo online were exactly as they appeared when we arrived, and the decor, amenities, and conveniences to the beach and surrounding areas of interests make staying at Crystal Towers the be "best" choice condo in Gulf Shores. Delicious seafood, steak, or 'country cooking' can easily be found within 10 or 15 minutes (sometimes less). Don't forget to eat at Lambert's (the roll throwing restaurant) or Lula's (Jimmy Buffet's sister's restaurant). Whether vacationing as a family, single, or like my vacation (a girl's getaway trip), Crystal Towers has everything you need and MORE to make your vacation a memorable experience. Oh....and Kelli's professionalism and promptness on booking, directions, and processing the trip was tremendously helpful. I can't wait until re-booking this condo next year!! This is an outstanding condo in an excellent complex. The pictures and description on the website are exactly what you get. There was ample room for my family of six in the bunk beds and pullout couch. What sets this condo apart from the rest is the view from the top floor. The pool, which is important when jellyfish invade the beach or you just don't want anymore sand, is so much better than the other ones we saw nearby. We found some wonderful restaurants by asking the local people for recommendations, and we had no trouble driving in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. We were so pleased with the entire rental process and I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family.

My family and I spent a week at this condo at the Crystal Towers and were extremely pleased pretty much every facet of our time there. The listing pictures and descriptions are very accurate in their depiction of the condo but they simply don't do the view justice! Amazing views from the balcony both during the day and at night. The condo was clean and well taken care of when we arrived, my two kids loved the bunk beds in the guest bedroom. I'd definitely recommend this unit to families. The pools and beach were easy to get to and all very family friendly. There were a lot of people there, but it never felt "crowded". Since the Crystal Towers is on the main beach road - it was very simple to get around to grocery stores and restaurants. For any runners or cyclists there is a great bike path on this main road that allows for some great riding and running. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies (pots and pans etc) for meal preparation so a simple trip to the grocery and you are good to go. Also - the condo has a very nice area in the parking lot with charcoal grills available to cook on, so spent a couple nights down there cooking and that was a nice added bonus that I hadn't expected. The rental process with the owners via HomeAway was seamless and we had no problems at all. We hope to get back to Gulf Shores soon and if available we'll be staying at this same condo.

What a condo and view of the Gulf! This condo was fully equiped with all up to date appliances and furniture. Having the washer and dryer was a plus. The property was well maintained and secured. We were there over the 4th of July and we had the best view of the fireworks. Have fun!

This condo is awesome!!! This had everything we needed and more. From the leather furniture to the marble counter tops, luxurious beds, perfect veiw, large bathrooms. Staff was very nice and also very informative about the area. The owners were always quick to respond to any questions we had, and hooked this condo up with the best of everything you would want, from appliances, to "BIG" tv's.....this place has it all!!! I highly recommend this condo to any couple/family looking for fun in the sun at a great value for your buck!!

The condo was outstanding, wonderfully decorated! The view from 20th floor ! Sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning or listening to surf after dark. Girlfriends loved it! The view, furnishings, security of the building, hot tub, pools and beach access. Restaurants and entertainment nearby , all a plus. Would recommend for a memorable time away.

My girlfriends and I stayed at this great condo for a long beach getaway. We had the best time, with all of the amenities that we were looking for. The condo was clean & cute as a button! The beach was of course beautiful and the added private pool and hot tub was a plus. The owners were fantastic to work with and I am certain that I will be back to visit again! My son, husband and I stayed a week at the condo in April. Beautiful and comfortable condo w/an exceptional view! There is nothing like having coffee on the balcony in the morning, looking out from the 20th floor. We spent Easter there and cooked a great meal and had all the comforts of home. We really loved the hot tubs and the access to the beach. Gulf Shores is really nice, a bit touristy, but not overwhelming, you can do fun things in the area and also kick back and relax. I suggest going on a Dolphin cruise, we went to Orange Beach, Dolphin Express w/Captain Ritchie - It was absolutely amazing. We will return, no doubt!

Wow! Condo was beautifully decorated and the best view of the beach and the lagoon on the 20th floor. Kelli thought of everything for cooking, etc. Only wish the weather was a little better but no can control that one. Only suggestion would be to have ideas of things/places to do in the area. Example: Pennsicola Naval Museum is only about 30 minutes away and all ages loved it on the rainy day...

The pictures in the add sold me. When we got here, my husband's first words were, "can we stay for 2 months?" The condo felt modern, light and bright. The bed in the master bedroom was soooo comfortable. I think the mattress is 20" tall. It has a light duvet and feels great, but not heavy. The kitchen is very well equipped with small appliances, plenty of dishes and flatware, and it even has a spice rack. The view is breathtaking. We see the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom. I can take sunrise and sunset pictures from the balcony. No buildings block the view at this height. The elevators are fast and efficient. A big plus on this level. The indoor pool is warm. The hot tubs are hot. The exercise room is more than adequate and the sauna is brand new. The beach is very accessible by the enclosed walkway with elevator at the beach end. Even though this condo is already booked for next Winter, we will return to the building and hope to return to the condo in coming years. The owner is very available by email. We had many conversations about what to see and do in Gulf Shores. I give it an A+.

I would highly recommend this Crystal Towers property for family vacationers. Though not directly Gulf-front, the view from our 20th floor condo was unobstructed and quite lovely with two views to choose from - a Gulf view from the balcony and a view of the lagoon from the 2nd bedroom. The complex has nice amenities with three pools, two hot tubs, sauna, game room, workout room, media room, high speed Internet access, and an air-conditioned walkway that extended over the road to the beach-side pool. Getting to the beach was effortless. We were initially worried about the time we would spend waiting on and riding in elevators (given the condo is on the 20th floor) but those worries were unfounded. There are several elevators and all of which operated very efficiently. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and nicely equipped - from the laundry room (not a closet!), to the kitchen gadgetry, to amenities such as flat screen TVs. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend both the complex and the unit!

We loved this condo! My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. We had great views from the large balcony. The Crystal Towers had great pools. The condo was immaculate. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and we received our security deposit back promptly after our stay.
