This is a newly remodeled 1500 square foot family house, located just outside of Tahoe City. This house is perfect for a small family or 3 couples. Small 4 person hot tub just off the front deck. Downstairs level features a wood burning stove to keep you cozy in the winter. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, microwave, electric stove/oven, and dishwasher. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and small t.v., with a bathroom right across the hall. Bathroom has shower and tub. Small laundry room can be found downstairs with front loader washer and dryer.
Upstairs you find 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk in shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and small deck off the front. The other bedroom has twin over full bunk bed and a extra twin bed. Very simply decorated, nice and clean. Gets great sun all day, a block away from forest service trail head, endless access to mountain biking, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, bouldering, and hiking. Awesome views of the lake minutes away.
Skiing in either direction, 15 minutes to Alpine Meadows and 20 minutes to Squaw Valley. Heavenly, Diamond Peak, Northstar and Homewood all within 25 minutes to an hour. Nevada border 12 miles away if you are interested in gambling. Restaurants, shopping in either direction of this location.

This location is great because it is centrally located to everything. We are an outdoor lifestyle family so it was important to be near forest service access. This is also a flat neighborhood great for the kids to bike ride.

Lots of sun in the summer and winter! South facing is great! Cozy in the winter when the fire is going.

Bill and I have been living in Tahoe for ten years now we have two lovely girls. We enjoy being outside snowboarding, hiking, skiing, camping, climbing, dirt biking, and snowmobiling. Tahoe has all of these great things to offer, which is one reason to live here. We enjoy the peace and quiet of our house.
