  This is our fourth stay, and we wouldn't stay any where else. The owner is communicative and works hard to ensure that the unit is well-equipped. We love the location- close to Ft Zack beach, restaurants and a short walk to Duval, Mallory Square, etc. We love using the key to the gates and walk through the community when returning after a night at the seaport or oldtown. Quiet, convenient and comfortable. Thanks again Martha for a great week away. L & C

  We have stayed all over the Florida Keys in the past 12 years. This little piece of paradise has been by FAR the best accommodations we have had. It is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Beds are great. Kitchen has everything you may need . Living area is very comfortable and looks out onto a great back deck with plenty of seating. TV's in all the rooms are a definite plus, along with a great stereo system that's also an ipod dock. Everything is high quality. There is a back gate that opens onto the street that makes it very convenient to go anywhere, especially by bicycle. It was a pleasure to stay and will return in March of 2015.. I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking to stay in this area of Key West. Thanks again for having us.

  This condo is absolutely adorable! It is located within a very nice gated community. It is very quiet, ideal if you want to get away from it all but within walking distance of all the action on Duval. The kitchen is very well equipped (which we used often), the back deck is private and perfect for lounging in the hammock, grilling, sharing a bottle of wine, whatever you choose to do. Martha has the condo decorated with very nice furnishings and keeps an ample supply of linens and anything else you may need. Very close to Fort Zachary State Park and the bikes at the condo worked great for getting around. My only regret is that we didn't discover this little gem sooner. Martha works very hard to make sure everything is taken care of long before you arrive and anything you may need while you are there. We will never stay anywhere else in Key West again. We can't wait to come back. This is one homeowners info that I will keep and hope to use again real soon.

  Stayed from Sept 15 2012 to Sept 22 2012. Condo was nicely furnished and close to everything! Small condo issue was taken care of in less than 30 minutes!! That is a record, especially in laid back Key West! Cannot wait to get back and already thinking about my return visit.

  We've always loved Key West. We also find Truman Annex as THE place to stay in Key West. Close to everything. The Condo was great. Just as described. Fantastic stay. Even better than that was the hospitality of the owners. I felt like a member of her family more than a stranger. We will be keeping this condo's info and hopefully be returning really soon.

  The owner was a pleasure to work with. We stayed November 23-29. The condo was furnished in a upscale manner, the bathroom was exceptionally large for this complex. We enjoyed the back porch and the back gate!!! The owner provided towels, beach towels, CD, DVD, 3 TVs and although we didn't cook, it seems that there was everything needed to prepare dinner. This is a very clean unit, the photos are accurate, the location (Truman Annex) is convenient to Blue Heaven and Santiagos Bodega (our favorites). The post office is around the corner to mail purchases back home. We discovered Babalu's next to the Green Parrot and enjoyed dinner and a few drinks there. Bikes were also provided, but we didn't use them this trip. Owner was extremely reponsive to my many emails and took a call on Thanksgiving Day to answer questions about the electronics in the condo. All in all, a great stay and we are looking at our work calendars to determine when we will be back in Key West and again hopefully stay in this condo. L & C in Maryland
