Our family has been coming down to the Ocean Village Community since 1979. My parents were long time owners and now my son owners 2 condos of his own. This is a wonderful vacation resort to bring a family! The gated community provides a very safe environment for children and grandchildren. We have rented different condos through out the years and this particular condo by far surpasses our expectations. The furniture and decorations are of the utmost quality and the unit is sparkling clean and very well maintained.! The kitchen is VERY well stocked with quality equipment and utensils. The location is perfect, centrally located walking distance to the beach, the many pools, tennis courts, golf course, Tiki Bar and Restaurant. The Tiki Bar is great with wonderful food and beverages, staffed with friendly employees. The grounds are also beautiful and very well maintained! The beautifully decorated condo is very spacious and the two bedrooms both have their own private spacious tile bathroom areas.The living area and the 2 bedrooms also each have a flat screen TV's. The living area also has plenty of seating accommodating addition guests. The owners are very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. My husband and I escaped the snowy Pennsylvania winter at this great condo for two months. It far surpassed our expectations. The condo was sparkling clean, the kitchen well stocked, it had plenty of cleaning supplies, the mattresses were very comfortable, the furniture was of the best quality, we had wifi, and large flatscreen tvs in both bedrooms and the living room. The view of the ocean and tennis courts that is shown on the website is shared by both bedrooms and the living room. The master bedroom is separated from the other bedroom by the living room. This provided privacy when we had overnight guests. The location is ideal. We walked to the pool, fitness center, tiki hut, to the ocean for surf fishing, the restaurant, the library, tennis courts, golf course....everything was close by. We love the condo so much that we are returning next winter for a longer time. This gated community is like staying at an all inclusive resort. There were so many things to do. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Pink, red, and yellow hibiscus were in bloom along with plumeria, orchids, many types of palms, and sea oats to name a few. Compared to other coastal Florida towns, this has no traffic. The community has a residential neighborhood on one side and the other side is sea grapes for miles. The tiki hut on premises has delicious food and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Within a short drive are excellent restaurants. Two of our favorites are 12A Buoy and Capone’s. There is a farmer’s market on Saturdays just across the bridge in Ft. Pierce where they sell fresh, local fruit and veggies, fresh fish, an abundance of prepared foods, plants, and they have live music. Just across the street is a large area where artists and writers exhibit and sell their wares. We can’t wait to go back next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
