Year Purchased: 2008
I purchased this property with winter visitors in mind. I have vacationed here for many years and am now a full year resident, so I know what a wonderful place West Central Florida is to spend the winter months. This property is spacious, yet easy to maintain for the renter. It is easy to get to fine dining or the local Mom and Pop restaurants. Close to beaches, 90 min to Disney, Theatre in is Clearwater, Tampa or St. Pete as well as local productions at the Dinner Theatre nearby. Fishing, both salt water and freshwater, golf across the street, there is something for everyone and I will be right there to help you find those things if you'd like.
