Charming Golf Cottage located on the 8th hole next to the green in Great Waters Golf Community. There are 3 bedrooms as well as 3 full bathrooms. The master has a king bed, the main level guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and the upstairs suite is furnished with 2 twins and an additional queen. Each has a full bathroom where the shower/sink areas are separate. Each bedroom has their own television with cable. Linens are provided for all of the beds as well as the bathrooms
There are hardwood floors in the main living areas, carpet in the bedrooms and tile floors in the bathrooms. The back porch has picturesque views of the golf course and lake. It also has a brand new gas grill for your use.
Or cottage is on the golf course and within walking distance of the of the Great Waters Marina, one of the pools and the tennis courts.
Great Waters is also located minutes away from great restaurants and shopping as well as a new state of the art movie complex.
Eatonton is less than an hour away from Athens and Augusta.

After looking at several properties we finally decided upon Reynolds. Reynolds offers something for everyone. We love the boating, running trails, golfing, tennis and pools that Great Waters has to offer. We certainly make the most of our vacation home every chance we get.
