There is a separate bedroom/game room on the garage level with its own bathroom, perfect for the teenagers.
Back yard is level with a deck and patio with plenty of aspens giving you privacy from the neighbors.

Year Purchased: 2007
I moved to South Lake Tahoe over 18 years ago to pursue winter activities after living in Honolulu, Hawaii. My wife moved out to Tahoe ten years ago from Florida, after a family trip to Tahoe that had her in love with the mountains and lake. We met one another while both working for the company that owns one of the iconic paddlewheelers on the lake. I was the port captain and my wife was in sales. My wife and I love to ski, hike and any water activity the lake has to offer. Our children were born in South Lake Tahoe and share the same love and adoration of the area. My career in the merchant marine industry took us out of Tahoe, but it was just logical for us to keep our Tahoe home as our vacations would be spent there anyways. We look forward to every trip we make back to Tahoe, any time of the year.

We selected this house for the location and setting. Our home is on a quiet neighborhood street off Tahoe Keys Blvd. It is close to the Tahoe Keys marina, restaurants, beaches, ski resorts and the casinos. Perfect access to mountain bike trails.
