Why the Owner Chose North Shore
Jim loves to play golf and spends many hours enjoying the challenging courses on the resort. I love waking up in our home away from home to a cup of coffee on the lanai while watching the morning sun rise over the lake and the abundant wildlife that also calls this wonderful setting home. I also enjoy browsing the many shops and antique stores in the area. Later we enjoy having a relaxing dinner with candle light and wine on the lanai or going out to one of the many local restaurants for a delicious meal. Night time generally finds us drawn to the village for fun and entertainment which always includes a visit to Rum Runners to listen to the amazing dueling pianos. Owning our home in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort offers both of us the opportunity to enjoy our individual interests as well as providing the added benefit of sharing many other mutually appealing activities. Fine dining, boutique and outlet shopping, nightlife and quality entertainment are among the many benefits available to us as residents of this spectacular, private resort community. We would not trade our Sandestin home away from home for anything, anywhere else!!
