Welcome to the Barracuda Bay Cottage where you enter a nautical home designed for fun and relaxation. From the white baby grand karaoke piano to the stone fireplace and the granite kitchen countertops, we have created a wonderful living experience. Celebrate the end of the day as you watch the magnificent sunsets every evening from the lanai. Slip into the hot tub and relax!
Like to fish? Some of the best tarpon, redfish, and snook fishing in the country is right here. Less than twenty miles out, you can catch grouper, amberjack, snapper, see flying fish, dolphins and sea turtles all enjoying our natural wonderland. Water tours are available nearby. You can rent a boat at the marina or trailer yours (no sail boats) and use the slip we have available.
The island has a character all of its own. Casual is key. Small art galleries and quaint restaurants are nearby. Bicycles are available for you to tour the area and discover old Indian historic sites. Sample the breezes on our private beach while you read a good book and enjoy the sounds of the ospreys announcing your visit.(One Month Minimum)

We are the original owners, we chose Bokeelia and Seagull Bay as it is a Paradise to live, fish, and enjoy boating, our home was professionally decorated, Bokeelia is beautiful, peaceful, loaded with wildlife, and the access to all of the water, beaches, and outer islands is suburb. It truly is the old Florida so many people think of.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The sunsets are stunning, the area is so natural and our home is over 2500 square feet of living space, with a feeling of being a true cottage, a wood burning fireplace to warm those cool days in the winter months, in just a few minutes we can lower our boat into the water and be in some of the best fishing in the world, Boca Grande Pass is just minutes away, sometimes in the winter months we get oysters right out in the backwaters, chill them and have a feast, other times it's blue crabs, cooked in garlic and butter it is great, often we have friends visit for the week ends. It is nice as each bedroom has it own Bathroom... our guest love it

Bokeelia is a little over an hour drive from Naples, On weekends and holidays we spend time in one of the nicest vacation spots we could possible think of, Bokeelia is laid back, charming in every way and Seagull Bay is one heck of a community, the neighbors are terrific and loads of fun, we have established life time friends at Seagull Bay and really have some special memories...
