For the first few days we just looked in awe at the amazing view! Finally we figured out "Pender Time"...but that is what makes it all so very special. We enjoyed a wonderful week in a lovely location with a superb setting!! We fed the deer & fawns (she's so tame!),watched the whales (whoopee!),kayaked,hiked,went wine-tasting,watched the eagle fish and had some much anticipated R & R! Read some novels,too! The sunsets were gorgeous! This is truly God's country and we are fortunate enough to enjoy it. There are not enough adjectives to describe your place...truly fantastic!! As a boating family we, love spending time on the water..it's all here! For us as a family, it was the best vacation since the girls were small. We actually got them all together for a few days! Thank you for a wonderful week! We were greeted by a pod of whales just off the beach within an hour of our arrival! Kayaked to seal rocks, caught crabs, clams, made fresh picked blackberry pie. Hiked to Roe Lake and bicycled around too. Enjoyed meeting your very helpful and friendly neighbors. All in all the perfect vacation week for us in a very special place!
