The Kuleana Resort is centrally located in Honokowai halfway between the Ka'anapali and Kapalua Resorts in West Maui. There are many shopping, dining, and golf options all within a 10 minute drive. Just south you will find the world famous Ka'anapali Resort with its gorgeous beach and water activities. A little further down the road is historic Lahaina Town where you will find an abundance of restaurants, art galleries, and night life. If you travel north you will find the Kapalua Resort and its world class golf courses.
Our unit #603 is a beautiful ground floor, ocean front, one bedroom condominium nestled on seven acres of well manicured gardens. As you walk the grounds you will be surrounded by lush greenery and fragrant tropical flowers. This is the perfect space for couples or families with small children. The unit is newly remodeled and has been decorated in a warm island style. The best feature of the condo is the unobstructed view of the islands of Lana'i and Molokai from your private lanai where you will enjoy watching gorgeous sunsets, rainbows, and seasonal humpback whales. The resort sits a few feet from the ocean and is fronted by a small sandy beach as well as a picturesque cove perfect for snorkeling and watching the green sea turtles feed. Use the unique sea ladder to swim, surf, and snorkel right outside of your door. There is a convenient on-site activities desk in the lobby to assist you with booking all of your island fun. The resort also features a large heated pool, shuffleboard and tennis courts, and four oceanfront gas grills are available for your use. The bedroom has a California King bed, and a Queen size air mattress is available. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, and a remote controlled air conditioner has recently been installed in the bedroom. The kitchen has new cabinets and both the kitchen and bathroom have new tile and are fully stocked with all the necessities you will need for a comfortable stay.

This condo really was "a little slice of heaven". We were blown away by how perfect it was. We started each day listening to the waves of the ocean from the living room. The view from the lanai is spectacular! The bedroom was extremely comfortable and had an a/c for our convenience. We were provided with everything we needed for our beach trips- comfortable beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, and even a cooler! They really thought of everything. It was beautifully decorated and very clean, as well. Can't wait to stay here again!

Beautiful unit, owner was so attentive and helpful, lanai is to die for. Nothing beats waking up to hear the waves crashing on the rocks outside your unit, except bringing your tea out to your private lanai and soaking up the experience! Only downfall was the lack of real beach in the complex...but lots of beaches within a 10 minute drive! Would go back to this unit in a heartbeat!

As you enter through the front door of this unit you are in immediate awe of the beautiful view: the gorgeous blue green ocean, manicured gardens, a view of Lanai island on the left and Molokai on the right! Wow!!! A variety of variables contributed to a great stay: this unit is immaculate and has all the comforts of home; the owner has included many thoughtful touches--pool/beach chairs, tennis racquets, fully equipped kitchen and beautiful furniture on the lanai. This Unit is far more wonderful than the pics represent! Again, the owner is thoughtful and will readily address any concern you may have. We look forward to our next stay here in August 2012! Kuleana 603 was a fantastic condo. Well appointed, clean, convenient location, serene, the landscaping was beautiful, and a small private beach. The ocean view was even better than the photos could show. The owner was extremely caring and friendly. Beach gear including towels, bags, boogie boards and chairs was readily available. "We went to Maui for a restful break, and Kuleana 603 gave us just that. It was very quiet and private, with the ocean just steps away from our lanai. We were able to go to sleep with the sound of waves and palm trees - a slice of heaven! Beaches and shopping were only a few minutes' away. The unit has been remodeled and has everything a renter could want, all in excellent condition. We searched long and hard to find what we wanted, and this met all our expectations and more.
