    Let me start by saying that this wasn't a vacation trip. This was a last minute trip to PR to visit my very I'll grandmother. After contacting several VRBO property owners I was so happy that Lucy was able to accomodate my family and I last minute (I booked a the condo the night before I was traveling). The location of the condo is excellent, you're within walking distance of the best restaurants, bars, beaches and lots more. The condo looks just like the pictures so you know exactly what to expect. One thing that I really liked was that the condo parking was right outside the door (I've stayed places where the parking spot was far from condo, it was almost like a journey getting to your car). What more can I stay? Again, even though this wasn't a trip for pleasure... we really enjoyed our stay at Lucy's condo. Thanks again for accomadating last minute.

    Let me start with Lucy..SHE IS AMAZING !!! We felt like we have known her forever !!!!! The condo was beautiful and the location was awesome. The grounds are very well maintained and pool with gazebo is so sparkling clean and relaxing. El San Juan Hotel and Intercontinental are right across the street We were able to hop a bus or grab a cab at the end of the driveway. Short ride to Old San Juan with its fabulous shopping and abundant history (the Pina Colada is pretty famousl) The Bacardi Distillery is a must see! We were introduced to local beer Medalla (rivals Corona, no lime required). We recommend Lupis restaurant next door to El San Juan Hotel and the helpful people at Pueblo Supermarket (around the corner, short walk) The beach is spectacular and a short walk from condo. We hated to leave Lucy, her very welcome spacious condo, and the very gracious people of Puerto Rico. We will most definitely return.

    Lucy's place is a wonderful getaway that is welcoming, clean and it's location offers you so many choices from a quiet spot on the beach to a exciting show at one of the many hotels. Lucy is so accommodating that you don't want to leave. We shopped at the Pueblo for groceries including wine, dined at Mi Casita for island food, visited many shops in Old San Juan, and danced at the famous hotels just steps from Lucy's place. Casinos are fun and there's so much entertainment, We lounged at the beach and snacked at the Intercontinental just steps away and even had massages on the beach! Lucy knows her island and is a great resource for a fun and relaxing time. She is a blessing!

    As always location is a major concern when trying to select a vacation,but if you are looking for an affordable, immaculate and centrally located condo in the city of Isla Verde, Lucy's is the place to be.The condo has all the amenities one could ask for and very well kept. As a host you couldn't find anyone more accommodating than Lucy.She offers a wealth of information for those who are interested in sightseeing on the island. The only short coming as i see it, the condo doesn't have scenic view as say an upscale resort, But the whole island is beautiful ! and trust me that where you will spend your time seeing as much of the island as you can. I can't wait to return. Thank you Lucy for making our vacation Great!!!

    Right by the beach, access to multiple routes of public transportation, multiple dining options in the immediate area and a great condo with all essential amenities. The condo was clean, spacious and well maintained. The owner was gracious in accommodating my arrival and departure time; very welcoming and friendly. This was a great way to celebrate by 50th birthday with my family. Highly recommend this rental and I am looking forward to visiting again.

    The condo is very convenient to several fast food restaurants such as KFC, Pizza Hut, and Wendy's. The bus stop is right across the street for a .75 ride to Old San Juan. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time during our week there. The two block walk to the beach is not a bothe and there are chairs and umbrellas for rent. 6 of us stayed there and had a nice time. Lucy was very nice and easy to work with. There is a grocery store and Walgreens about a block away. We booked our excursions at the Continental Hotel across the street which worked very well.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

    My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time staying at Luz's condo. I would highly recommend staying here. The condo is well kept, renovated clean and comfortable. The location is ideal. It is literally steps to the beach, casinos, dinner and dancing. We made a lot of amazing memories there and were very content with our stay. The owner is amazing and we hope to visit again soon. Thanks :)

    My family and I stayed in Lucy's Condo from 4/10/12 to 4/14/12. We had a wonderful time. My mother and mother-in-law both in their eighties enjoyed themselves to the max. The condo is close to the taxi stand and the supermarket is around the corner. Lucy was there when we arrived and was there when we left at 4 am in the morning. The condo gives the feeling of being at home. We were able to cook our own meals. It is located in a secure gated community. Thanks Lucy for making our stay enjoyable.

    I recently stayed at Luz's wonderful Condo in Isla Verde. Can't ask for a better location and the the service Luz provide was great. Everything was close by, the beach, the stores, the restaurants and hotels were all within walking distant. My friends and I truly enjoyed this great Condo. Thank you Luz

    I stayed at the condo for little under a week. We came for a friend that was getting married at the El San Juan Resort/Casino which is right across the street. I truly enjoyed my stay. The condo is very secure and very close to the beach. I also liked the fact that you could walk quickly to just about anywhere. The market is near by and so are the best hotels. Our group had four women most of the time and we never felt crunched for space in the condo. It is has plenty of living area. We cooked breakfast every morning and ate at the nearby Mi Casitas when we wanted good Monfongo. One night, we even had a movie night (redbox located at walgreens, just a 7 minute walk) on the large flatscreen TV. Lucy was very accomodating and even drove one of our girls to the airport when her plans aburtly changed. Bottomline is that the condo is nice for the price. I did have members of my party that wanted something alittle bit more upscale but it was good for a condo. If you want the resort look, don't stay here. But if you want a good space, with access to all that Isla Verde has...stay here!!!

    We recently stayed at Luz's condo in Isla Verde with a group of four. All I can say is, WOW! The photos definitely do it justice. This is a modern, sleek, beautiful condo right in the heart of Isla Verde. It is very close to the Old San Juan Casino and hotel. You can walk just a couple of blocks to the grocery store, and the bus stop is right down the street. The beach is right around the corner and it is incredibly beautiful. Luz was so friendly and helpful to us during our stay! She gave us great ideas of things to see and do, and met us upon arrival to show us around her gorgeous condo. I have absolutely only positive things to say about Luz and this condo. My only complaint was that Isla Verde is a bit far from Old San Juan via bus-- you first have to wait for a bus to arrive, and then the ride is about an hour. That was our fault for not researching more, but I'm just posting this here in case you are wanting to spend a lot of time in the old city. Isla Verde is certainly do-able for that, but not ideal. However, if you are looking for beach and casino time, this is just PERFECT! Once again I can't say enough about how beautiful, clean, and modern the condo is. And Luz is just a treasure. This is a wonderful property!

    This condo is right in the heart of Isla Verde~ just across the street from hotels, casinos and great restaurants and only a 2 block walk from the beach! The ability to park a car for free is a major plus. The amenities were great with two full bathrooms and a kitchen with everything needed to cook at home. The owner is absolutely wonderful. She was very accommodating with our crazy flight schedule. I would recommend this condo as a wonderful, affordable option for families wanting to get away for some fun in the sun.

    Six of us ladies turning 60 stayed here Feb 1st - 6th. Before going on a cruise Two big bedrooms, 3 baths, washer/dryer. We loved the location and the secure gated community. Beach just across the street. Also directly across the street from Intercontinental Hotel & Casino. Close to many restaurants and Walgreens. Pool very nice and quite. Neighbors very nice. We love to cook and watch movies so this was a great place to do that. Great location for sight seeing not far from Old San Juan and shopping. Luz is great met us at condo.

    This is wonderful secured townhouse across from the beach with secured parking .Place was very clean and spacious all linen,utensils and cookware you need.Kitchen and bathrooms(3) very modern,all major restaurants,supermakets,drugstore within walking distance, not to mention nightlife and casinos across the street.In other words best for the price,owner very helpful with eveything you need,We will definitely recomend this property to everyone.

    This condo was everything that the pictures and amenities portrayed. The location couldn't be any better. We were in the heart of Isla Verde. No car necessary. Casino, club/music, beach and restaurants are all walking distance. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The owner (Lucy) couldn't be any nicer and full of information and suggestions. She's a very sweet lady and very helpful. Any time I had a question, she responded very quickly. I would definitely stay there again. At the end of our trip, all we had to do was go to the gate and the taxis are lined up outside. No need to call or wait for a taxi. And the airport is 5 minutes away. Thank you Lucy for renting your beautiful condo. You saved the day!

    We chose the neighborhood of Isla Verde for the long, lovely beach and its proximity to Old San Juan. We needed something for a family of five. We are so lucky that we found Luz' property! It is a huge and modern, well maintained , secure and airy condo with fans and air conditioning. Instead of two hotel rooms and three meals out a day, we had this well-designed space, a full kitchen, TV/DVD/internet. The small gated condo community has a small pool that no one but our family used the entire time. Everything we needed was nearby. Luz was welcoming and always available...in fact, she drove to help us out on Christmas when I managed to lock us out! Neighbors were quiet and friendly. We would rent it again and we would recommend it to anyone wishing to locate in Isla Verde and live in comfort.

    My sisters and I stayed at this townhome for 8 days. Beautiful location, central to all casinos, clubs, restaurants. Townhome was immaculate....cozy, clean. i would recommend this to anyone who truly wants to enjoy all that PR has to offer. Luz, keep up the good work and I hope to see you soon!
