  My husband and I thoroughly loved our week at the house. Upon arrival the house was very clean. The floors just shined. My husband liked the fact that your coould park the car in the garage. All the furnishing we clean and comfortable. The pool was absolutely the greatest. We used it several times a day. The warmth of the water was great. We are not disney park people but we found lots of things to do daily. We also liked the fact that the house was in gated community. My husband likes to get up early and walk. He felt very safe walking early in the morning in Weston Hills. The kitchen was absolutely wonderful. It contained every item you could want in preparing meals. The area was really quiet. We were amazed that with so many houses that the noise level was nothing. The house is completely fenced in in the back and your privacy is totally complete. Both the owner and the management company were excellent to deal with. We would truly love to come back in the future for a very restful vacation at this house. Thanks so much for a wonderful and restfull vacation.

  We have been here 3 yrs in a row, we find it VERY good and one of the owners we deal with is GREAT. We are an elderly couple and every other year some family has come down and enjoyed the conveniences of near by attractions. Our selves enjoy golf and there are MANY golf courses available, some you can buy (not) and others are very reasonable. As far as the accommodations we fine them very reasonable and VERY comfortable. We have booked for next year for 6 weeks, it is great. And a BIG thank you to the owners (Ian). It is a very quiet community & friendly.

  This is excellent for a family! The house is simple but big enough for 10 people! Very quiet and safe. Not too far from all attractions, but a bit far from all the beaches. Very clean, efficient and stores are just a few minutes from the villa. The pool was a plus for the kids; they had a blast! The entire family very much enjoyed staying in the villa. We would definitely return there!

  Had a very enjoyable stay in the villa and it made a very good holiday an excellent one The villa is well presented and ideal for families The villa is situated in a very quiet estate and wanted for nothing I woul higly reccomend staying here

  Really enjoyed our stay here. The area that the villa is situated in is very nice and private. The villa its self is very well presented and comfortable. The whole experiance of the holiday was enhanced even more by the high standard of the accomodation and the hassle free way it is managed Would reccomend this villa to anyone looking to enjoy a holiday in Florida
