This newly renovated home is located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, no need to drive anywhere! Upon entering the home the first thing you'll notice are the views. The front of the property faces "The Loop"-Wrightsville's famous 2.4 mile paved walking/jogging trail encircling Harbour Island. It's always buzzing with the activities of dog walking, jogging, baby strolling, bike riding and people heading to the beach for a day of fun in the sun. The back of the property faces the Masonboro Inlet and Seapath Marina with a 55 ft boat slip right out your back door.
The main floor of the property has an open floor plan consisting of the kitchen, dining room, living room, nook and glass stair case. Whether your cooking in the kitchen, having dinner with friends and family in the dining room, watching TV in the living room or curled up for a nap in the nook, you have breathtaking views of the Waterway and the activities of "The Loop."
If you like to think your "The Next Food Network Star" like I do, then your going to love this amazing kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and massive center island which is perfect for prep work, serving buffet style or dining with barstools on the dining room side. The dining room has a chrome/glass top table with seating for 8 plus a highchair for the little one. The Living room has ample seating with a large sectional sofa, 4 club chairs and a settee, perfect for conversation or watching a movie on the large flat screen television.
Upstairs you'll find a split plan with the master bedroom/bath on the waterway view side and the additional bedrooms and bath on the loop view side. The Master bedroom has custom built in closets with a flat screen TV with DVD/vcr combo and amazing views! Master bath has marble countertops, a vessel sink bowl with waterfall faucet and a tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet and amazing views with lots of sunlight! The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and an open closet system with lots of storage! The guest bath is located across from these two rooms and has marble countertops, vessel bowl and waterfall faucet with tub/shower combo.
All beds have down alternative comforters and pillows that are hypo-allergenic and high thread count sheets. Also, the home has frosted glass pane doors throughout which give each room lots of sunlight and an open feel.
If additional sleeping arrangements are required, the sectional sofa can be converted to a double bed and the air mattress fits perfectly in the nook.
Also for a small additional fee, the 29 ft SeaRay Boat is available. It has a full size bed with kitchen, dining area and full bath, living room with TV/vcr/DVD/game system/video library. This seating area also converts to a bed that fits 2 additional sleepers. Email for pictures.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Located on "the Loop" as they call it. A two mile walking/running track that runs all the way around the Wrightsville Beach Park. The park consists of tennis courts, basketball courts, playground equipment for children, fields for dogs to run in and picnic areas. Walk or run the loop and observe all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer!
Just outside the Front Door is Wrightsville's famous 2.4 mile paved walking/jogging trail encircling Harbour Island. Fun for people watching and great way to take in all the views of the area!
Best Gourmet Seafood and Steak dinner! One of our favorites for date night. We can both enjoy an amazing bottle of wine and have a short moonlit stroll home!
Awesome Sunday Brunch on the outdoor patio and then make sure you return for an evening of live Raggae on the patio, with dinner and everyone dancing. Lots of Fun!
Make sure you walk to this one! The Margaritas are a Must and the food is to die for!!
Hold on to your credit card girls! One of my favorite shopping spots for cool and comfy beach attire!
Perfect place to pick up anything you might need for the beach! Don't forget the sunscreen!
Quaint local grocery store, perfect for picking up some items to take to the beach. We recommend the "Famous Roberts Chicken Salad"YUM! But you must try the fried chicken and mac and cheese.
Waterside Dining with live entertainment on the patio on Sunday nights! Beautiful views!
Local Favorite! Indoor/outdoor casual dining with amazing views of inter-coastal waterway. Sit back and watch the boats and dolphin stroll by.

We live in Pinehurst, NC but enjoy extended weekends at our home in Wrightsville Beach. When we first starting visiting the area we had 3 children in college at NC State and 2 at home in elementary/middle school. We were looking for a place that we could all enjoy as a family but also a place that we could enjoy a weekend with just the two of us and Wrightsville Beach had it all!
