Sit back in the spacious home and enjoy the view from the panoramic windows. Enjoy the nature and wild life that is nearby. Take a morning walk or bike ride through the neighborhood and enjoy the homes that are on the river.

We both are "native" Floridians growing up in Miami. But let's face it, the hustle and bustle get's to all of us from time to time and we need a place to relax and refresh....Well we found that in Sebastian. We enjoy going boating, fishing and the beach. This is the place to do just that. Come see what we mean :)

The Unique Benefits of this House
Very close to many unique eating establishments, shopping and the beach. 5 minutes to several free public boat ramps. A nice ride up A1A to Melbourne or Vero Beach. 20 minutes to one of the best State Parks, Sebastian Inlet. There you can camp and enjoy the best fishing, either from the pier or by boat. If you want more adventure try Disney World which is about an 1.5 hr drive.
