Why the Owner Chose East Hampton
I already own one piece of Paradise in the Hamptons and when it was time to make a real estate investment, I decided that there was no real estate more appealing to me than in the Hamptons!
The Unique Benefits at this House
I'm big into landscaping and the grounds on both of the properties I own are spectacular. I love reading, gardening and taking care of animals. In the Hamptons, I feed one neighborhood cat, bluebirds, black crows, squirrels and raccoons. It's so great hearing the birds calling out to each other each morning when I put food out for them on a slate ledge.

I purchased my primary residence in East Hampton 7 years ago and the time I spend there is truly Paradise for me. I recently purchased a second home in the area because there was no safer place for me to invest than in real estate, and no real estate more appealing than real estate in the Hamptons. I'm a big animal lover and an active volunteer at the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons (ARF.) I'm also a board member of a not-for-profit group that is close to final certification called Ferals in Peril. When I'm not in the Hamptons, I feed feral cats every morning and we're in the process of converting the basement of my business headquarters to a feral cat holding facility so that volunteers who trap cats have a place to house them both before and after their spay and neuter procedures. We also sponsor workshops for the NYC Feral Cat Initiative to teach people the importance of trap, neuter and return when it comes to feral cats.
