The Constable's Cottage is recently restored and situated in downtown Pentwater only 8 blocks from Lake Michigan's sandy shores and Charles Mears State Park. The beach is a gentle sloping, white sand coastline lending itself to long walks along the lake. The Constable's Cottage has a view of Pentwater Lake as well as Charlie's Marina next door. Shopping, restaurants, grocery store and art galleries are within easy walking distance.
Pentwater has many activities including art festivals, Homecoming, gallery walks, parades and Octoberfest.
The cottage boasts a large 2 level deck with deck furniture and outside dining. There is a picnic table in the shady back yard.
