This ground floor end unit condo features all the amenities of a home and is ideal for one or two couples. The large master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath and walk in closet and the second bedroom has a day bed with a pull up trundle (sleeps 2) a walk in closet and a hall bath. Bedrooms are split by a hallway. All bed and bath linens and comforters are provided. Other amenities include TV, DVD player, radio, movies, books, games, magazines, fully stocked kitchen with dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware, utensils, spices, microwave, dishwasher and ice maker.
Washer/dryer in the unit and a gas BBQ grill on a private shaded patio. Covered parking is steps away from the front door. The community has two pools and two spas with one pool located directly outside the front door.
This is the BEST location! Everything you want and need to do within 5-15 minutes away. Kokopelli Golf Course is 1 mile away and Dobson Ranch Golf Course is 2 miles away. Major shopping malls are 2 miles away along with Old Town Gilbert and Chandler shopping 5 miles away. Numerous grocery stores, fine and casual dining restaurants and hiking.
