The kitchen also has Carrera Marble countertops with Sub Zero refrigerator, stainless steel sink and dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and plenty of pots, pans and utensils to cook a gourmet meal.
The entertainment system includes a 42” plasma TV with DVD player and Yamaha sound system with a 6 disk CD changer, IPOD dock and Satellite radio connecting the 10 speakers through out the house. There is a vintage 1946 Brunswick pool table on the first floor. The house is furnished with custom designer furniture and artwork.
This Manhattan Beach house is conveniently located on a quite street 5 miles from LAX airport with immediate access to the best shopping and dining in the south bay area. The beach is only 1 mile away. For movie enthusiasts, there are 2 movie theaters with in a mile.
