This newly renovated “A” rated Modern Manhattan Beach house has a panorama view of the tree section with an abundance of natural light. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All of the bathrooms have custom cabinets with Italian Carrera Marble countertops and showers. The kitchen also has Carrera Marble countertops with Sub Zero refrigerator, stainless steel sink and dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and plenty of pots, pans and utensils to cook a gourmet meal.
The entertainment system includes a 42” plasma TV with DVD player and Yamaha sound system with a 6 disk CD changer, IPOD dock and Satellite radio connecting the 10 speakers through out the house. There is a vintage 1946 Brunswick pool table on the first floor. The house is furnished with custom designer furniture and artwork.
This Manhattan Beach house is conveniently located on a quite street 5 miles from LAX airport with immediate access to the best shopping and dining in the south bay area. The beach is only 1 mile away. For movie enthusiasts, there are 2 movie theaters with in a mile.
This house is a developer’s residence which has just been added to the rental program. We have seen many satisfied guests, so book this one early….before it’s too late.
