Our home is a charming private hideaway cottage right in the heart of downtown Nevada City. Not walking distance......right “IN” downtown Nevada City on the Main street! Park your car, check in and walk everywhere in town. Although we are located right in town, it is very quiet! No town, restaurant or pub noise. You would never know the town is right outside your door!

If you choose to dine in, our FULL kitchen is equipped for all your meals or if you choose visit our many gourmet restaurants, walking distance outside your door! You will enjoy shopping at several great Organic markets offering local produce for your in home meals. Dine in your own cozy cottage “Al fresco” and enjoy listening to the tricking water fountain right outside the French doors in the patio garden or stay inside and enjoy dining next to a warm inviting gas stove fireplace that will surely set the mood! Either eating in or dining out will be a pleasure!

Our seasons are not to be missed which ever season you decide to visit us.....experience changing colors of the beautiful fall leaves, a light to moderate dusting of snow along with our special street Victorian Christmas fair is a real treat to remember, or experience daffodils or tulips blooming all over in the springtime. Enjoy our warm summer with a picnic by our beautiful Yuba River where you can sunbathe and swim, and if you like to fish we have more lakes than we can count in the surrounding areas!

We have lived in this charming town of Nevada City for over 3 years now. Transplanted from the Lake Tahoe and Hawaii,(the island of Kauai)we now enjoy living in the beautiful Sierra Foothills and take advantage of all this charming town and the surrounding areas has to offer. We love living in town and walking to all the fun things continually going on in town. Sandy currently owns and operates a boutique salon and spa. Sandy took special care to decorate and make the cottage as comfortable and cozy as possible. We hope you enjoy Nevada City as much as we do!
