Our private, second (top) floor, 1460+ square foot condo was completely updated in in 2010 including new carpet, tile and furnishings. We have a new 50 inch HD plasma TV in the living room with leather sofas and La-Z-boy recliner!! The living room also features a woodburning fireplace.
The home is like new and has everything you need for a delightful stay. It features spacious rooms and spectacular views of the Sonoran desert, Red Rock, Superstition Mountains and Four Peaks, and 4 holes of Desert Canyon golf course. It has a large, partly covered private deck with outside fireplace, four chair table set and two chaise lounges. The deck faces east for the sunrise and you can watch the color changes on the mountains at sunset. We also have a small outside sitting area on our landing facing west to watch the sunset!
The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, private bath, walk-in closet, desk area, HD-TV, and opens to the deck. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, large closet, desk area with book shelves, and TV. The condominium is southwestern in design and decor, offers a washer and dryer, totally equipped kitchen, and all linens and towels are provided. One-car detached garage with opener. All you need are your clothes, toothbrush and golf bag!
Saguaro Ridge Villas has a seasonally heated pool, hot tub/spa, and party room. This delightful 30 unit complex is located in Fountain Hills just east of Scottsdale, across the street from Desert Canyon Golf Course. It is a short, picturesque drive to Scottsdale restaurants and shopping, Saguaro Lake, Fort McDowell Casino, and several nearby golf courses. Drive a few minutes to the artistic communities of Carefree/Cave Creek or to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Fountain Hills is a wonderful community with lots of restaurants, walking trails, parks and, of course, the fountain! There are five public golf courses, a casino, and McDowell Mountain State Park within a 15 minute drive and Saguaro Lake is about 25 minutes away. In addition, this quiet community is only a short drive "down the hill" to Scottsdale and Phoenix and all that they have to offer.
Beautiful park with a 1.25 mile walking path around the lake and one of the worlds highest fountains.

We live in northern Michigan in the "little finger" of the lower peninsula. This is a gorgeous area but the winters are long and cold. We used to vacation in Florida during the winter months, but after a visit to Arizona in 2000 decided this was the place for our future winter residence. Very nicely appointed condo, wonderfully decorated and recently updated, quiet building centrally located in Fountain Hills AZ. Golf course across the street, mountain views from both decks. Owner was quick to respond to any of our questions before our stay. Definitely would recommend and hope to be back for another stay in the future

Our January stay in this immaculate property has been wonderful. We had the benefit of the morning sun off the deck to the front and in the afternoon could sit on the back deck. The furnishings and layout are perfect to accommodate four people. Chuck and Becky were very helpful in providing everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We like the quieter lifestyle of Fountain Hills and yet the proximity to Scottsdale and Mesa is there if you want to enjoy golfing, shopping or sporting events. If you don't want to travel far, there is a golf course right next door. There are three nice restaurants within walking distance of the condo. The neighbors we met were great people. We would certainly recommend this property to friends and would come back in a minute.

We stayed at this lovely condo the month of April 07 and it is the nicest unit we have ever rented. The unit is totally furnished from A to Z....is extremely quiet...very oomfortable....exceptionally clean. The owner is both pleasant and accommodating. Fountain Hills is a progressive community...quiet...very well groomed/landscaped...minimal traffic...no buildings in excess of 2 stories...minimal business signage...offers an upscale residential community look. The town lake with its 540 foot fountain and perimiter walking trail presents a true "vacation land" feeling. Fran and Louise Massachusetts

We loved it! This is truly the most gorgeous vacation rental we've ever visited. The condo is wonderfully furnished, and has an unobstructed, knock-out view of the mountains (request a photo - the view must be seen to be believed). Fountain Hills is a wonderful, relaxing community that is close to Scottsdale and only about an hour from Payson and the White Mountains - right in the middle of great hiking and golfing. The owner is great, and he has thought of everything - we just spent two months in the condo, and didn't need to bring anything but food and clothes. I really can't recommend this condo enough - we enjoyed a wonderful vacation there.
