Building The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a Palace Bartolini Salimbeni Vivai, where you can still see the original little opening which was used to sell wine. It’s in the shape of Renaissance palazzo door with the words “We Sell Wine” along with the opening hours sculpted in stone. Almost all of the most important families had large agricultural properties. As you can see wine and nobility have always gone well together in Florentine society.
