ANSWER: in part because this VRBO is available. Diane, the owner, is the most gracious, helpful hostess; directing us to the best restaurants, best golf courses, assuring the best seating, etc., etc. Oh, and the facility is superb for two couples. I would return in a heartbeat, given the opportunity.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This place is amazing! The accommodations were exacting what we were looking for, comfortable, close to golf, and with great restaurants near by. The best part of the whole experience was becoming friends with Diane the owner, a REAL southern charm. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, even assisted on tee times and reservations at great restaurants. If you're looking for peace and quite, great accommodations, this is the place! We've only been gone two days and we already miss you Diane, our new friend. Give Vinny and Casey a treat for us, what great dogs! Can't wait to return!!!!

What a wonderful place to stay when in Arizona. The guest house was close to all amenities. It was clean and spacious on a gorgeous piece of property. We enjoyed early morning walks with views of the mountains. The hospitality extended to us was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here...you will not be dissatisfied.
