  We had an absolutely wonderful time at this Grayton beach home! The home is decorated so charming and loved the Grayton area. We spent the weekend with two other couples but loved it so much that we are wanting to bring our family back here again!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  Our family of 5 vacationed at your vacation home last week. We could not have been more pleased! The pictures do not do this vacation home justice. It really is beautiful; furthermore, the home was immaculate. It is close enough to the beach that our youngest daughter (9 years old) could walk back to the house by herself. In addition, the location of this vacation home is a two minute walk to the Red Bar but is well out of the main drag, so visitor traffic was not an issue. The owner's representative was fantastic and very helpful; the rate schedule is as it states with no "hidden" add ons that you encounter with many listings. We will definitely rent from this family again...location-perfect, home-perfect, our vacation-perfect!!!

  Our family has stayed at this home on two different occasions. It is a beautiful and comfortable home in a great location. It is literally steps away from Grayton Beach, Grayton Lake and all of the restaurants and shops in the center of town including the Red Bar. The home has great views and all of the amenities that you would expect and a very lovely and spacious master suite. The beach is wide and perfect for families with small children or teens, and it is close enough that you can walk back & forth from the house for lunch, etc. There is a large community pool next to the house. Grayton Lake is perfect for fishing, kayaking and canoeing. The 30A bike and walking path is also very close by. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!!

  Our family traveled with another family to this magnificent beach house. It is very roomy and an easy walk to the pool (next door), beach and cove to fish with the kids and catch crabs. Each room looks like it came out of the Pottery Barn magazine. There is plenty of room for the adults to congregate and for the kids to have their own room to watch tv and play games. The house is well equipped with linens, cooking wear, beds and seating for a home cooked meal. If you are interested in going out their are several restaurants close by and one of our favorites, Red Bar, is in walking distance. The grocery store is only a couple of miles away along with pretty much any other shops you might need while on vacation.

  Loved this house! It was perfect for two families with small children. It was easy to get to the beach with the kids and their stuff. The house is right next to the pool so while the kids napped in the afternoon, it was perfect for the adults to hang out at the pool. It has a great kitchen for cooking. It was a great week and we look forward to going back.

  Our family has planned another vacation at this beautiful beach home...this will be our third year in a row!!! It is the perfect home for families of any age. Everything we look for is provided, including an upscale kitchen, balconies for relaxation and early morning breakfasts; warm and inviting decor; a pool directly next door, (so close you can call out from the front porch for your group to come in for meals:)); of course, we love the beautiful ocean and exploring the beach; great restaurants within walking or biking distance; and tons of opportunities to love on and enjoy our children and grandchildren!!! Truly, the owners are hospitable and want their guests to feel at home while on vacation. We feel especially blessed to visit Grayton Beach and have the privilege of renting this lovely home. Our gratitude to the owners!!

  Loved this house and location in Grayton Beach. Easy access to the boardwalk to the beach, and walk to shops and restaurants. If I had any comments to the owner, it would be they need a sharp knife in the kitchen, and a full length mirror for us ladies. Thanks!

  We had the best weekend staying here! The house itself is adorable & decorated very "beach" style. It's cozy, comfortable and conveniently located right beside the pool. It's less than a one minute walk to the ocean. We used the bikes every morning to fetch coffee from Starbucks. Absolutely charming and we plan to return next year. Thank you!

  We had a wonderful stay at 41 Cottage Street in September 2009. A great location next door to the pool and only a short walk to the fabulous Grayton beaches. Can't say enough good things about the house either. The house is showcase-worthy and very comfortable. Intimate setting for a couple but also spacious enough for a larger group. Thank you!
