  We had a great stay in Stephanie and Steve's lovely home. They have thought of everything you could need for a vacation - kitchen supplies, beach chairs, cooler, and most important for us, a fenced in back yard for our dogs and a bed that was comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk to a beautiful beach, and close to Palm Coast, Flagler Beach and Daytona. We hope to return!

  This was our second stay. We already have another week booked for October. We love it here. The house is beautiful. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We love the close proximity to the beach. Our kids love it here too and look forward to another stay!

  This home/location is a little slice of paradise. The beach house was way beyond my expections. So warm and cozy. The furnishing are beautiful and everything you could possibly want or need is right there. The bedding is so fluffy, like a 5 star hotel. The owner has not missed a detail. There is a beach chair for all and the beach is at the end of the block. I felt as though I was in another world.....the relaxed world. Ormond by the Sea is a well kept secret. The local flare, food, shopping, is just like the good old days. Every one is so friendly.And if you are in the mood for some night just a short drive in either direction, Daytona Beach or St. Augustine. I would recommend this beach home as a vacation not to be missed. We will be back real soon.

  Had a great time, house was imaculate & far exceeded our expectations. Cannot thank you enough for such a great place to stay, and look forward to returning hopefully again next year. So close to the beach, and all of our needs and wants takien care of. Hat's off to the owners of this property, will recommend them to all of our friends.

  Every visit is better than the last! Each time we visit there are new surprises. This year there was a new large flat screen TV in the living room with a generous cable package, a new huge patio in the back yard complete with tables, chairs, lounge furniture and a bar-b-que grill. My favorite upgrade is the WiFi. It's wonderful to be out on the beach all day, then come home and relax on the patio by catching up on email and Facebook while sipping a cold drink and flipping hamburgers on the grill! This is living.

  We had a fantastic time in Ormond Beach. The property was spotless and very well maintained it was really like a home from home with everything you would need to make your stay very comfortable.The owners have plenty of leaflets and information in the house regarding all that is going on in the area.There are some fantastic restaurants with in easy reach The Fish Bone, The Black Sheep, Betty's.all along the beach and very good value.We travel to Florida every year but this was our first time in Ormond Beach and I can honestly say we will be back.The location was perfect for us everything we needed for our holiday was in easy reach(beach, shop's, and restaurants).we would have no hesitation in recommending it to anybody.

  Thank you for making our very special surprise so successful! We could not have picked a more perfect home for our Irish family! The house was so clean and welcoming. You went above and beyond in providing extra special items for our get away! Perfect for those interested in going to a Nascar race. Everything we needed was there for us. Thanks for being so easy to work with and sending the refund check so quickly. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors! Everything we needed for the beach was there without having to bring our own things...wonderful! Loved the little cart to push our things to the quiet and uncrowded beach. Thanks!

  We loved this house... And will definitely go back again!!!! It was very clean, taken care of well, and situated in the absolute perfect location!! It is just a very short walk to the very clean and quiet beach.. The owners thought of all the things you need that you might not have room to bring for a week at the beach... Made it so easy to just pack a bag and go.. Would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!!!! A

  This beach house was perfect! The house was neat and clean and came equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was just a short stroll to the quiet and sparsely populated beach. Yet Daytona and all its "action" was just a few miles down the road. The owners were very accommodating and helpful as well. We highly recommend this "Home Away from Home".
