This large newer town home is very close to the base, but in a quiet location.
There is a nice bike/walking path along Burgess Creek and away from roads that leads from the property right to the Gondola, market, and restaurants. You don't have to walk, though! The property is serviced in winter by private shuttle, so you can get to town, the slopes or shopping in no time.
There are multiple options for entertainment after your day out and about in Steamboat Springs. With 2 living rooms, a pool table, air hockey, and ping-pong, adults and kids alike will have plenty to do. Of course, after a long day you may just want to use the hot tub, make a nice meal in the updated, fully equipped kitchen, and crash in one of the comfy beds!
We have priced this property agressively considering the tough economy, and hope that you will find it to be a great place to stay at a relatively affordable price.
