This large newer town home is very close to the ski area base, but in a quiet location!
There is a nice bike/walking path along Burgess Creek and away from roads that leads from the property right to the Gondola, market, and restaurants. You don't have to walk, though! The property is very well-serviced in winter by private shuttle, so you can get to town, the slopes or shopping in no time. There is also a city shuttle that picks up right across the street, every 10 minutes in winter, and every 20 minutes in Spring, Summer, & Fall.
There are multiple options for entertainment after your day out and about in Steamboat Springs. With 2 living rooms, a pool table, air hockey, and ping-pong, adults and kids alike will have plenty to do. The lower living room entertainment center has not only a TV & DVD player, but also has games & puzzles. Of course, after a long day you may just want to use the hot tub, make a nice meal in the updated, fully equipped kitchen, relax in one of the 2 the Hot Tubs, and crash in one of the comfy beds!
Layout & Virtual Tour:
Enter the main level from the front door or the garage. The main level is mainly comprised of the entry, the kitchen, bar, dining room, living room, & back deck. The living room features vaulted ceilings, leather couch, leather stress-less recliner, fireplace, & entertainment center. The dining room features an Antler Chandelier and nice wood dining table/chairs. The kitchen has newer counters & appliances, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, and other items for your convenience.
The laundry room is also located on this floor, as is the master bedroom. In the master, you have an Aspen Log frame King bed. The master bath has His & Hers sinks with lots of counter space, as well as a Jacuzzi Tub & Shower. The master bedroom also has a TV & private balcony!
If you go upstairs, you have 2 separate bedrooms, each with nice space and an upscale western theme, from the lamps to the wall decorations to the quilts. Each of these bedrooms has 2 Twin Beds. These twins can be pushed together for couples. These two bedrooms do share a full bathroom.
If you go downstairs, you will find a very large lower living room, as well as the 4th bedroom and full bathroom. The lower living room is so big that it has a pool table area with space to spare, as well as 2 full size couches, a card table, and an entertainment center. One of the couches is a Queen pull out couch. Past the lower living room you will rind the Queen bedroom, as well as the adjacent full bathroom. The Queen Bedroom, like the others, is nicely appointed with a furniture set and western-styled comforter.
We have priced this property aggressively considering the tough economy, and hope that you will find it to be a great place to stay at a relatively affordable price.
