The Villages is a gated community located within the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort famous for the Francis H. I’I Brown, 36 hole golf complex. It was the former home of the MasterCard, Senior Skins championship. World class golf, tennis, pristine beaches and private spa are just a few of the many resort amenities. The Villages also includes it’s own exercise facility and private pool and heated spa.

This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2175 square foot, (plus 400 square feet of outdoor lanai) 2 story Villa home offers luxury resort living at an incredible value. Three separate lanais provide many tranquil spaces for outdoor enjoyment.

The three bathroom suites include travertine marble, cherry cabinets and Kohler fixtures. The interior features 2 zones of central air conditioning for your comfort. The main outdoor lanai provides a complete outdoor kitchen featuring a Lazyman BBQ. The Dual master suites offer one King and one Queen bed and the third guest bedroom has 2 twin beds perfect for kids or made into a King for another couple. All bedrooms suites offer walk in showers. The laundry room is complete with full sized Fisher and Paykel washer and dryer.

The Villages private recreation area is located just steps away and features a pool with waterfall and separate heated spa, exercise room and entertainment area with BBQ. Enjoy shopping and dining at Tommy Bahama’s, Ruth’s Chris Steak House and many galleries and merchants at the newly opened "Shops at Mauni Lani".
