MONTECRISTO ESTATES:
The only gated community fractional ownership on the Pacific Ocean. Located next to the Pedregal in Cabo Pacifica, the most prestigious private development on the Baja and Mexico. Situated on the west side of Cabo, in the mountains, above the existing Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach timeshare facility, featuring stunning unobstructed views over the desert [will be 2 x 18-hole golf courses] and breathtaking vistas of the Pacific Ocean, the annually migrating whales and the setting sun.
THE VILLA:
This is an Ultra luxurious “Hacienda-Style” 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom split-level, 4500 square foot [2,800 under roof & 1,700 decks] spacious villa. It is built on and into the highest peak on the southern-Baja, 800 ft above sea level and 200 ft above the highest constructed villas in neighboring Pedregal. It boasts it's own private swimming pool in the villa, a BBQ on deck, indoor & outdoor [8-man] Jacuzzi. Inside, a fireplace, DSL computer, DVD, 5 TV's [one Plasma big screen]. Finishing's are of marble, granite & canterra quality with solid mahogany woodwork. Villa has a washer-dryer, a dish-washer, stove with oven & microwave in the ultra-modern kitchen. Garage in villa.
Sleeping arrangements include two rooms with kings, 1 with 2 queens, a sofa-bed for two in downstairs lounge, [and upstairs lounge has a sofa for a child if necessary].
ACCESS:
Clients staying at Montecristo - are given "full-access" to all the amenities at the stunning Sunset Beach Resort - see their web site and especially take a look at the "photo gallery" link. This includes it's fine-dining restaurants [2], bars [3], delis [2], European Health Spa and Fitness Centre, Coffee Shoppe, market, 16th century Chapel, medical centre ...... 5 pools [all with swim-up bars] with kids activities.
You will also have a FREE SHUTTLE [on the hour] to and from Medano Beach, and have full access to the Pueblo Rose and Blanco resorts. You have the ability to charge expenses from all three resorts - to your villa at Montecristo.

We have created such wonderful memories here in our Villa in Montecristo Estates. From the most amazing fishing in the "marlin fishing capital of the world" to the most relaxing afternoons in the state of the art Spa on-site. The stay is relaxing and truly can take you away from the daily hassles of American life - yet, if you need to be in touch, let me assure you, cell phones really do work, wireless internet at the resort cafe area is available, and the computer in the Villa is always connected via DSL. Not much TV watching here. Thank Goodness!! Too many beautiful days and nights - wait until you see the stars from the balcony of the Villa. The boys had a great time in the hot tub on our deck but I loved the private infinity pool along with my Margarita!
