If you love Major League Baseball Spring Training, or if you just desire the peace and quiet of your very own oasis, you will love this home. Tucked in the center of a gated community and backing up to an open area with a walking path, this nearly new home (built in 2005) has it all. No expense has been spared in bringing you a home in which you can truly relax and enjoy your time in Arizona. From the beautiful backyard with a pool, outdoor Jenn Aire Grill and fireplace, to the Family Room complete with a pool table and all the latest TV and sound technology -- you will just love this 2700 square foot home.
The Master Bedroom suite has a King Bed, large bathroom with two vanities/sinks and his and her walk in closets. There are three additional bedrooms, two with a Queen Bed in each, and another bedroom with a futon that would be suitable for a young guest or two. These three rooms share one full bathroom. The King Bedroom and the Futon Bedroom have flat screen TV's.
The Kitchen is completely equipped and has a pantry, solid counter surfaces, and plenty of storage space.
The Family Room is essentially a pool room. It comprises a pool table, a large, flat screen TV and surround sound. Bar height chairs immediately adjacent to the Family Room are the seating for this room.
The Living Room comprises a leather couch and two leather chairs. It has a 40" flat screen television. As such, it can function as a more traditional Family Room than the "Pool Room".
The home is heated and cooled with a central system with two zones for added comfort.
There is a three car garage. But please note that because there are storage units that line the garage, some vehicles may be too long to park in the garage unless parked at an angle.
Please note that the pool is NOT heated. If you are from the northern tier, this may not bother you. But the water is cold from November to April.

Why the Owner Chose Copper Canyon Ranch
Arizona, in general, has so much to offer: Baseball, Sun, Swimming, Golf, wonderful weather. But the Surprise area is particularly nice. It is far enough from the congestion of Phoenix, but close enough for an occasional visit to the many venues Phoenix has to offer.

We absolutely loved this home! Everything was neat, clean, and totally pristine. Every room was beautifully furnished and well equipped with plenty of towels, cleaning and paper products. We had a Thanksgiving dinner for 12 people and the kitchen had ever possible item I needed to cook and serve all. The pool, patio, pool table and kitchen area are perfect for entertaining and family fun. The interior decorating is very tasteful throughout the home. We are a family of six and we had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. We also appreciated the entertainment system with multiple flat screen televisions, a bold sound system, satellite TV and even pool side system. We had such a wonderful time at Thanksgiving, we are going back at Christmas! It is our home away from home when we visit our family in Surprise AZ. You can not go wrong with these owners as they are very professional, conscientious, and dedicated to ensuring you have a marvelous vacation experience. We have our own VRBO vacation homes in other location so we truly know this home and they owners are exceptional. We enjoyed it immensely!

My husband and I rented this house for 2 weeks. I can't even begin to describe how beautiful this home is. How Debi worked with me for 6 months before our stay. She always answered all my questions and made it possible to have a wonderful stay. I was in shock to see how stocked up this house is. She remembers everything you can possibly need including games for my grandaughter to play. The pool was so Beautiful and the pool table was also a highlight for my family to play. Getting around to places were so easy in this location also. The house is in a gated community which is very private when you are outdoors in the pool area. I hope to return this next summer since my daughter lives near by to spend more time with her. Debi, I can't thank you enough for allowing us to rent your home. Paula

Stayed here for 11 days and couldn't be happier with the home and its owners. This is everything it is described to be and more, very friendly and easy to talk to owners and you'll love so much you will not want to leave. Everything you could imagine is already there they tought of everything just bring your clothes and enjoy. I recommend this home for anyone, I have 3 children and they loved the stay, close to parks, shopping and lots of restaurants.

We like this beautiful home with everything one could wish for in a rental home plus so much more. We are staying here for 2 months this year and have already booked it for next year. The owners are extremely kind in every way and respond quickly to any question you might have. The home is conveniently located to shopping and entertainment and the listing fully and accurately describes the home, its location and everything else about it. I would recommend this home to friends and family without hesitation.

Loved the simplicity and quality of home! Everything we needed for dining, sleeping, and just hanging out was all at the house. The pool table was the favorite place to be as well as sitting outside by the fireplace. We also really liked the location in Suprise. It was out of the hustle bustle, but really easy to get to grocery stores, dining, ball fields, and golf courses. Quality was so much better than other places we've stayed. I will never stay a hotel again. The owners were easily accessible and terrific to work with. I would highly recommend this rental home!

We just completed our 10 day stay, we had such a awesome experience with the home and the owners. We attended a week long USA Baseball tournament, the boys were playing in 115 degree weather.. what a relief to come back a home with so many amenities to keep us entertained and cool!. The owners left out no details, the house was in perfect condition, Very quiet and safe neighborhood and very close to shopping and restaurants. We will return again in the fall and have already booked this home again! we were truly spoiled... any future trips to Az, if available, we will use this home as accommodations...We will never stay in a hotel again!
